This has to be the worst customer service ever. My father who is in his 70's accidently left his wallet there while purchasing stamps, went back to retrieve it only to find out they were closed (before the stated lunch time). They did finally answer him only to treat him super rude!!!!!!!, only to tell them a lady picked up the wallet and asked another guy if the wallet was his , who said yes and took it. I understand we all deserve lunch, but really people..kindness cost us nothing. Their unwillingness will cost so much time for the police and my parents in the investigation of the people and the money lost that was charged on the credit cards, money lost and personnel information to recover. WAY TO GO USPS!!! And you wonder why you are collapsing! Way to treat your Senior Citizens!!! You know the people that payed your Salary all these years!!!! I hope you enjoyed your LUNCH!
I've had nothing but great experiences at the Oddesa Delaware post office. I do under there policy about hours of operation and know first hand about the Lunch Brakes that are scheduled for there employees. I respect the 1 hour between 12pm and 1 pm that they close there window to have there allowed time for lunch. I haven't visited any other branch since I have been using them for all my shipping needs. Please say hello to the hard working staff that work endlessly to provide a great shipping experience..
I tried tracking a package I dropped off at the Odessa post office on 1/5/21. It tells me that it was accepted at the Odessa Post Office on 1/5/21 and no other tracking information is available. Is it still sitting at the Odessa Post Office. I called the company that the package was to be returned to and they do not have yet. It has almost been a month, I need help finding my package. What is my next step? tks.
