After looking at all the other reviews, I sure am glad I have a great carrier. I just wish everyone had to put their mailbox adjacent to the streets so he wouldn't have to start and stop his jeep 4 times just to deliver mail to 6 houses, I know it is nice to just grab your mail from your front door, but these guys are extremely overworked. Gone are the days anyone thinking that being a mail carrier is a great job. Overworked and not appreciated for all the extra they have to do nowadays. (Amazon for example!)

Several missed packages that state were delivered and never were, several more packages delivered to wrong address. Had a few bills not come at all and then caused me to be late on them. Holland Mills development. Whoever that postal worker is they are truly awful.

The guy who answered the phone was great. Twice I've called about issues, and he was phenomenal. I wish I would have asked his name. However, the substitute carrier really ticked me off. He dropped someone else's package to me, and took a package of mine to a third person's house. When I called, the guy mentioned above told me what had happened and said he would tell the carrier to go get my package. I asked what to do about the 3rd person's package, and I was told to put it outside and it would be taken care of. It is now 6:00. I went out and the 3rd person's package is gone, so I went to my mailbox, and my package is not there, when I went to the address that my package was sent to, my package was not there, but across the street was the 3rd person's package (now at the right address). So now a 3rd person got their package. I was the one that called about the problem, and now my package is gone and I bothered a total stranger. AND now it's 6:30 and I the post office is closed. Good thing it wasn't life-saving medication, huh?

PLEASE have someone deliver the mail who actually READS. For 4 times this month I've had to take mail to others that were in my box. Who the heck knows who's got mine. I've gone in to speak to the manager and still we have this problem. 106 Isle Lane Milton, DE 19968

A while back, I saw the POW flag at the Milton post office was tattered, so I purchased a new one and took it to them and they were very gracious and put the flag up right away. I just went to drop off mail (1/3/2021) and the POW flag is down. What happened to it??

This is the 2nd time this has happened, fining our mail in our nextdoor neighbors mail box who is here only part time. The first time we have not gotten our mail for 2 days and saw our neighbors mail box was opened in the pouring rain so went to close it and found our mail, it was soaked. Now again 2/22/19 and 2/23/19 we thought to take a look in our neighbors mail box and there it was. Who ever is delivering should be gone from this position. They cannot read. My address is 29577 Lonny lane Milton 19968

I had a "Mail Hold" requestfrom 10/03 to 10/12. Also we wete tp pick the mail up at the Post Office. We came home early on 10/10. All our mail and newspapers were stuffed in our mailbox. This is not acceptable. The confirmation was even printed showing those dates and it was ignored. Also on a previous occasion I sent a certified letter to Wilmington, DE at the cost of $6.50. It was never delivered or found! How does this happen?

Had a package delivered on a rainy day and sat at the step edge of my front porch. The box was soaked, contents wet and leaked thru my house there was so much water in it. How can anyone be that Lazy not to put it a few more feet under the roof of the porch.

Angie is our carrier. We were waiting a piece of certified mail and it was delivered when we were not home. Today 5/25 we saw Angie and asked her about the mail. In her todays mail she did not have it but went above and beyond and called another carrier who delivered the piece to Angie who then personally delivered it to our home. Angie is a lovely young woman who is always smiling and professional and goes beyond her job description. We are glad she is our mail carrier. Give her a raise.

Horrible service. Like I'm living in a third world country or something. Out going mail with flag up for 3 days. Still sitting in my box. Paid a fortune for 2-day air service on multiple occasions (domestic less that 300 miles away). Lucky to see it in a week.

The women that was working was one of the most laziest rudest individuals i have ever met. My fiance has gone in there 4 previous times looking for white rose stamps so we could finish sending out are wedding invitations and she kept saying that they have them but she doesnt have the keys to get them she then said they would be here the next day and ahe tried again....and then again the same lady said they would be here monday...well here monday is and i go in there and ask for the stamps and the lady then states that they have none and they will order some and i said u told my fiance they would be here monday she then stated that it wasnt her problem and for me to have a nice day......i then walked outside called the lewes store and they said they had plenty and would hold them for me the lady i talked to was very nice and so respectful....
