This review is for ROB at the Lincoln, Delaware location. He made my post office experience absolutely terrible. His customer service is crap, he was not helpful whatsoever when I was trying to figure out the international shipping process. He was unsure how to put in the address I was shipping too because it was to Poland. He had gotten an attitude with me, gave my package back and told me to go to Milford. Even after I was polite and understanding. Please give him a message for me: if you don’t like your job, get a new one!!!!! Your negative energy was felt as soon as I walked into the post office. Instead of muffling under your breath how “ridiculous” it is that you are so busy and that you’re behind - when it’s literally the busiest time of the year - do us all a favor and find a new job. Thanks!
