Postal Locations

I have covid as do others. We have traced it to your millsboro mail carrier, Tammy. If she had followed the guidelines put in place at the beginning of this pandemic instead of going to work without wearing a mask and continuing to interact with others even though she knew she was sick we wouldn’t be sick. I am mad !

I live in a development (Rehoboth Shores) with the mailbox at the entrance.. But it seems your drivers are lazy.. 1. Certified mail states "we tried to .... blah blah blah".. NO, you never TRIED to do anything. How about bringing the certified mail to the home and get a signature for delivery. This is BS. 2. When it rains, put packages in SOMETHING.. Rain ruins PAPER... boxes are made of PAPER.. is it that hard to understand? 3. When your mail person has headphones on and try to get their attention, attitude is NOT needed. It's unprofessional and unsafe for the mail person. 4. The keys that are left for package boxes, need to be fixed.. The letters on them do NOT always match the correct box. It's ridiculous that we have to HUNT for our package.

This is the second time I was to received packages and they are not there! The key was and another key was already in the box stuck! This is bullshit!

I just found out my mortgage was not received it went to Nations Lending and I don t know where the check is can you please help me

This is ridiculous!!! Always leaving my mailbox open and ruining my mail! I’ve already called and I’m about to find out if I can file some charges against you!

item stolen from a qvc envelope in mail slot . end of envelope looks like it was cut ?? called post office and looked around and naturally couldn,t find it ? said to call qvc and tell them envelope was shipped that way !!!!! item was a ring for my wife

Do your mail people just press any button when it comes to delivery? It says it shipped, but it’s no where to be found, and your customer service on this matter has been a joke. Good luck calling without getting a busy tone

I have numerous videos from my doorbell cameras of the mail woman just tossing my packages on my doorstep. And, if its even raining- they don't bother to put it in a plastic bag. My items get destroyed. This happens often.

I do not believe the purpose of this review section is to carry on like children about your political beliefs. Get a life little ones.

What's going on with our mail? We get more mail for our neighbors than we do for us. My concern is do some of our neighbors give us our mail as we do with theirs. Bring Dave back!

We travel alot and our regular delivery man, Dave, is top notch. Nothing is ever a problem. He is so personable and is an asset to the Millsboro Post Office. Then you get fill ins who are horrible and anything and everything is to much. Our mail was on hold from Friday 9/3/21 to Tuesday 9/7/21. Tuesday comes no mail, ok, mistakes happen. Wednesday comes and we get 1 days mail. So I asked him, Gerano about it and I get, I forgot it again. I said really? I knew that he was aware of the mail delivery but the attitude was Gerano just didn't care. He was only on for the 2 days covering and didn't care. Poor attitude. I wish Dave could be cloned, not just for our neighborhood but for everyone. He is definitely an ace in everything he does. Thank you Dave. Someone needs to tell Gerano to leave the attitude at home. Thank you

Can you please add another post office at Long Neck? This area has gotten too crowded for one single post office. Maybe that will fix some of these problems.

Post office driver either marks they delivered an item or that we requested them to hold it. Neither are thr case. The millsboro driver needs to if they can't lift something call the number on the package. My husband was walking out to help and she just drove off didnt leave the package and marked she had.

This post office and our carrier are the worst. I have lived in 8 states and didn’t have a problem until this berserk post office. Mail and packages get left at the wrong address and sometimes I find my mail on the street in front of my mailbox. Other times, instead of putting packages on my porch, they are literally crammed into my mailbox crushing the contents. More than once I have cut my hand open trying to extricate them. Signed up for informed delivery. Now at least I can see what SHOULD HAVE been delivered.

This post office is just a bad joke. Our carrier NEVER knocks on the door. They just leave packages at the bottom of our porch stairs. Yesterday they left our packages on the porch without a bag, despite it raining for 2 days straight. My son's books were completely ruined! That same day our neighbor asked me to bring a package in off their porch, and it was double bagged! I'm really starting to feel discriminated against because of our Biden yard sign. No use calling the office, they leave the phone off the hook. What a waste of taxpayer money!

I dropped off 7 Halloween cards at Millsboro post office they were for my Grandchildren in Pennsylvania dropped them off 6 days ago..They have not received them...I did have my return address on the envelopes..Is the mail running late? The same day I mailed a package to my grand daughter and she got it two days later..What is going on?

Our mail deliverer left my mail on our doorstep with a package in the pouring down rain. When I picked up the mail water was pouring off of it. I have called about this problem before, but they don't seem to care

Where is my mail ? I have not received my electric bill, my capital one, my bank of America bill or Bj,'s. Will the post office pay my late charges? This is insane worse service ever. Please respond.

I have 3 packages said delivered between Monday and Thursday. None are in my my mailbox

I have called the post office twice this week about a package i never received from my aunt. I spoke to two ladies who stated they would get back with me and never did. I am so frustrated about the communication and the post office attitude to not even give a call as they looked into it.

Mailed two large checks from Oak Meadows, zip 19966 to Lakeland Florida Beginning of November around 7th and 2 days later I mailed 50.00 cash, because I ran out of checks, to my grandson who is at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He never received anything in the mail. I even put the card in upside down so you would have to take the whole card out to take the cash, Well it's gone!!!! THIS IS A DISGRACE!!! NOWONDER THE POST OFFICE'S REPUTATION IS GONE TO THE DEVIL!! THESE CARRIERS OR WHOEVER ELSE HAS ACCESS TO THE MAILED MAIL IS STEALING!!!!

This place has me so fed up. Today would make the 5th time in last 5 months that they have “lost” my package after tracking data says it was delivered to my mailbox. I have ZERO problem getting packages from any other carrier nor ever had a problem with someone tampering with packages. The manager.... if you are lucky enough to get ahold of her...says she will look into it yet never hear from her again. It seems like the carriers are stealing. One package was even delivered with the contents stolen. I don’t even know who else to contact at this point!

I am agreeing about how difficulty it is to reach this PO - the phone is always busy, and I just called the 800 number, hoping to be transferred, the wait time is 48 MINUTES! What the heck is the problem here?

Their phone is ALWAYS busy, they obviously take it off the hook, probably because they don't want to answer to the customers whose package they lost. Like mine.

what is with this post office delivering your packages to the wrong place every time I send off to get something mailed to me it goes to the wrong house or where ever they put it getting very mad.

I was in the Millsboro post office this morning and noticed there is no picture of the President in the lobby. Previously, for the past 8 years, a picture of President Obama was there. It has been replaced by a flower arrangement.

Is this Millsboro USPS phone always busy? Hmmm.
