My package has been sitting at this office for over a month and this is not the first time so it is not due to COVID 19. I tried to call numerous time and cannot get through. WHAT kind of service is this? It is terrible!!!

There have been times that shipments/packages coming to our address have been delayed or not delivered at all. This not just to our address, but to multiple address in Millville by the sea. we are not a gated community, so the excuse that they driver could not gain access does not fly. Currently, there is a package from Amazon that was due to arrive on 5 July and has not been received. The last email said it may be lost. Please tell me what is happening at this facility.

I stop into the Frankford post office today because my old job accidentally sent my w2 to my old address when I walked in I explained that to the guy I didn’t catch his name he was older in his fifty’s spicky dirty blond hair tattoos he was very rude when I tried to explain he wouldn’t even listen just said it was to long ago I moved and this and that he was by far the rudest person I think I have ever meet and when I left I said thanks have a great day just for him to b rude at that I really believe a person like that shouldn’t even b working around the public that will definitely b the last time I set foot in the Frankford post office and I’ll b sure to tell others not to go there as well I’m just appalled by the whole incounter I just had

The mail carrier for route 17 is the most incompetent person ever! She continually loses our mail or packages. How is she allowed to keep her job???
