There have been times that shipments/packages coming to our address have been delayed or not delivered at all. This not just to our address, but to multiple address in Millville by the sea. we are not a gated community, so the excuse that they driver could not gain access does not fly. Currently, there is a package from Amazon that was due to arrive on 5 July and has not been received. The last email said it may be lost. Please tell me what is happening at this facility.

The mail carrier for route 17 is the most incompetent person ever! She continually loses our mail or packages. How is she allowed to keep her job???
