Worst PO I have ever experience. They never answer the phone and you are referred to a 800 number which refers you back to the original number which does not answer. All I am trying to do is extend the hold on my mail until the ten day limit after it has been held for a month because my mother in law is out of state with dementia and I need to extend my stay to care for her. Just trying to do what is right with my mother in law rather than worrying about my mail.

Thus post office will not get any better. The denver postmaster or POM doesn’t give Northglenn any CCF to help deliver the mail I can go 3 days without getting any mail. service sucks supervisor only give answer to say it manning issue or blame the plant actually it management that doesn’t care at all it’s about numbers and hours

Multiple times mail shows it’s coming via informed delivery and 98% of the time it never shows up. Most of the time it’s a check that my wife has sent to her monthly. I have reason to believe our mail is being trashed or kept by postal employee.

Worst Post Office ever. 3 and a years of living next to the Post Office, and can't get my delivered without fighting with them every 9 months about why Mail was returned to sender, or just that they lost it. Personally, I think they might have even thrown it out a few times. Might just have to move out of their territory. Or, go get a PO box from UPS.

Havnt got mail in 2 days but it says there supposed to be delivering mail usually its in my mailbox at 930am now it dont come or it dont get here until 4pm these last 4 weeks this post office sucks honestly get yall shit together

Will you be delivering Fox run this week? Why is delivery ignored in this area? Store adds are often weeks late if delivered at all. Why is this area a bastetdized route? These areas should petition to close your site .... you are all but useless.

We have had NO MAIL DELIVERY since Monday. 13299 Holly street- 80241 The mailman has been in our neighborhood -yesterday. But never came to any of our boxes. Please help! Please send the mailman with our mail ASAP!

We’re in Northglenn, on Blue Jay Lane. Last night we got our mail at 10:55 pm. Is this normal? It seems that it would be dangerous for mail carrier.

I've been advised by the customer service operations that the Northglenn post office is the only one I can speak to so I can get any sort of help with a lost package. Called every PO on the chain and all are advising me to speak with this one office for help also. Issue is nobody picks up ever. It's been 3 days of trying to call, I am not able to travel so I cannot show up in person but every single other post office around there has picked up and assisted as best they could, meanwhile this branch will not answer calls and will frequently pick up the phone and then hang up on you without saying anything. 7 times so far in the past 3 days with no human spoken to or message left whatsoever. Disgusting.

I have been trying get ahold of the northglenn usps for an hour now. Because of covid virus I can’t leave the house. I need help adding my unit number for my package. Your reviews are not very good. Could be all the employees need replaced. Get a new manager.

I hate this post office. They have a high frequency of delivering packages to the wrong location. Yesterday they marked my wife's birthday present as delivered and yet there was nothing at our house. F*ck them.

They never actually deliver anything. If it doesn’t fit in the mail box they refuse to walk it to the door. I am home all day and they keep leaving notices in my box saying they tried to deliver my package that didn’t even need a signature when they obviously did not. I had to go pick it up and the girl even laughed and said they never deliever anything, she said they never even put it on the truck.
