This annex is a disgrace to usps. We have recently had 2 expensive packages delivered to someone else. The supervisors have even admitted they delivered the packages to someone else, but have given us no resolve. We are out over $500. We put in a claim, which they told us to, and it was denied because the items were delivered. Are you kidding me…… they were delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS!!!!! Shame shame shame on you. I’m wondering if they know how to read an address. I will be taking this to the postmaster general!!!! To everyone getting your mail from here….. you may want to get yourself a box at the post office.
Employees of US Postal Service at this annex, typical of many government workers, are rather "lackadaisical" about answering their phone. Meaning they don't really give a shit. They might answer the phone...or they might take a cigarette break, or fall asleep in the bathroom, or watch the rest of a Netflix Series on their cell phone until it is finally time to clock out. Your odds of having them actually answer your call and do their job are about as good as winning the Powerball Jackpot with Power Play with ALL MATCHING NUMBERS! Get real, why even call them? Your tax dollars are at work here. No wonder FedEx and UPS out perform the US Postal Service.
I thought that when you raised the mailbox flag on the mailbox, that meant "there's a letter that needs to be picked up and mailed." Obviously this is not the case. Red flag down, letter still in the mailbox. Does the USPS no longer pick up outgoing mail from a residential box?
