Having problems with delivery and pickup. I get my mail at our physical address just east of 31 1/2 on F and last month, December, Never received my cable billing. NOPE!! STILL haven't got it. Put mail out for pickup yesterday 1/14/2021 and was not picked up. Is USPS going to cover any late charges for undelivered or not picking up billings? Getting QUITE frustrating.

Unable to get a live person at this office that sends out my mail. I called the Annex, and the Grand Junction Postoffice and could not reach anyone live. How do I stop them from returning my mail. I have changed my address but mail is going back to sending. Please help. Thank you

The driver in our area either dont show up half the week, just drive the street never stopping, or theyll throw whoever's mail into whatever box... its bad enough we have ppl stealing mail in our neighborhood! I would expect the us postal offices to go threw whatever lengths not to hire incompetent

Yesterday I received a slip saying that after 10 a.m. I was to go to the Fruitvale station and pick up my registered letter. I went today at noon, it wasn't there, I was told I needed to go to the Scarlet address location, it wasn't there either. So who lost my registered letter and what do I do to get it?

I wanted to report that in the past 30 days we have experienced mail delivery issues in our neighborhood. I have received other neighbors mail and in turn they are getting mine. This has occurred at least four times. I feel that whoever is either sorting or delivering in not taking their time to get it correct. Thanks for your involvement in this to get it cleared up.

Tia is absolutely amazing! Great customer service skills and she's always smiling. Only post office I go to just to see her
