Branch WILL NOT answer the phone!!! Tried calling all different days and times. I submitted a lost package service request and beyond the initial acknowledgement of submission I've not received any communications. Called the automated line with service request # and it states issues was resolved. What is the resolution?!!!

NOTHING but problems with deliveries since I moved to where this branch serves!! REPEATED calls to them as well as putting complaints in on the worthless USPS main number!! I CANNOT believe this is the state of mail service here!!

I don’t understand why we don’t get our mail anymore. Today is Thursday, February 2 and we have not received our mail since the previous Saturday. This is not uncommon for the last four or five months. I received a Christmas card a week ago that was mailed a month prior. That’s crazy. What’s going on?

Mailed an envelope from Denver Colorado, the Bear Valley Branch post office, destination was Westminster Colorado, two day delivery, ten days later it’s still not delivered. This envelope went to a New Jersey distribution center, then a MA distribution center and now it’s in a New Hampshire distribution center. Does this represent our current postal service, Deplorable.

According to the tracking paperwork my package arrived to me on December 2nd Thursday last week and surveillance recording say no way, You have a person penciling this stuff and leaving it in the truck, Friday night same mail person came and had a package that looked like it had traveled a long way,, maybe "China"? he took it to the building to our east. I can't get anybody to answer my calls, I get hung up on almost as soon as I'm placed on hold, nobody answers my messages or emails down there. So how do I report a dishonest employee? And how do I collect my $100 I paid for the product that was never delivered, yes, it's insured but that is beside the point, this same employee of yours has been witnessed literally spiking boxes contianing glass medical supplies onto the concrete breezeway breaking that persons med bottles and this complaint was made a couple years ago yet here he is again giving my mail to #3 and her mail to me while parking my package in a completely different building, people with no work ethics shouldn't be employed at anything more important than janitorial.

I went to the BV Post Office to see if they could track down a package that I sent but "temporarily" lost the receipt. They needed the date, exact amount, and zip code to look it up. I paid cash as it was a small amount and didn't know the exact date as it was roughly 2 weeks ago. After some discussion, the clerk said he'd see what he could do and took down my name and # and I could tell it was going to be out of his way to do this. He said he'd call me for sure tomorrow night to see what he could find. I subsequently went home and looked through the trash and found the receipt which is what I needed to see what happened to the package. So, I hurried back 5 minutes before they closed to tell him so he wouldn't waste time looking as it was my error to begin with. He was very appreciate that I came back to let him know that I found it. Thus, I thought he provided great customer service as their system doesn't record transactions very easy to track unless you have all the details which is not the employees fault. He told me he'd figured a way to kind of search outside the normal ways so kudo's to him. We seem to only hear the bad experiences of others but I've found everyone that I've ever dealt with face to face at this Post Office to be very friendly and helpful.

Here's a great post office story. I've been waiting for some packages for a couple of days and today under 'informed delivery' was notified they'd been put in my box. A little after noon, I opened my box (it's part of a cluster box) and it was empty. When I went back a few hours later, my key would not open it. I wondered if the packages had somehow been stuffed into it in such a way as to cause this to happen. I went to the post office, and talked to Lucinda, a supervisor, who followed me to my mailbox, opened it up and sure enough, that is what had happened. Her willingness to help me out immediately - and not dismiss my issues - is greatly appreciated. I know the USPS is often dissed for what appears to be a reduction in service. I don't blame the carriers as their job is extremely difficult. If there's any blame to be had, let's put it where it belongs, on the upper upper management whose recent decisions have concluded into degradation of a service every single person counts on. Kudos to Lucinda and to every other hard working postal employee!!!

Yet another day that some one else has received my mail. 8 or 9 times this year that my mail was given to a neighbor. 3rd time a package has been marked as delivered and it is not in my mailbox. I saw the mailman on my porch, took out the mail within 1 minute after he left, no packages. I'm out $45, the Postal Service never admits to any wrong doing. Total incompetence by the postal service. The delivery personnel don't even wear uniforms. What a total lack of pride they have . The Post Master General should be ashamed to employ such incapable people that cant read or recognize an address.

if jason is home when the mail is delivered, i suggest instead of spending his time dissing the Postal Service, he gets a job, perhaps one as a delivery person with the USPS, they are always hiring.....

You suck I can’t call to complain about your services. No one answers at 303-980-4740 rings and rings no answer. Keep receiving everyone else’s mail but mine. Neighbors bring our mail next day. The mailman handed me neighbors mail and I said this isn’t mine. I asked where my mail was and he says uhhhhh you didn’t get any today. How convenient then the neighbors bring us packages sent wtf if my neighbors and I are sorting our own mail WHAT ARE YOU PAID FOR

Certified mail sent from ABQ on 6/2 still not delivered. Tracking once showed delivery on 6/8 but was changed back to in transit. What on earth happened to the burro that you use to distribute the mail. Did he throw a shoe or something.

Yesterday, Thursday, Jan. 23 I put out my mail in the box at 7:00AM and it is still there today 1/24/2020. This is not the first time that we have not had mail service. What's up? This is totally unacceptable as then my bills being paid are late.

Is getting our mail at 6:30 PM or later the new normal? It is totally unacceptable. If this is to continue, my only recourse is to contact Representative Perlmutter and ask his office to investigate.

We've been getting our mail for 41 years and have never had deliveries so late as we do now. Tonight he delivered our mail at 8:47 p.m. We are in our 70's, it's dark, it's snowy and icy. It is dangerous for us to go outside. Our other mailman delivered between 2 and 4 p.m. Why is the new guy so late??? Can't something be done to get mail delivered at a decent hour?

i found the same thing happening at my house, instead of complaining about it, i met the mail guy when he came around a little after 9pm and told him i was sorry he had to work so late, in the dark and cold. i gave him a cup of hot chocolate which he greatly appreciated. he said there were staffing shortages and he'd been working overtime/double shifts for weeks to get the mail out so folks in their 70's wouldn't miss their social security checks or medications other important mail....

Delivery Times vary from about 11am to after 8pm on about daily basis. Apparently the USPS can not hire delivery people and would rather pay overtime!

Our building is across from Alameda H.S. The past month or so getting mail in a timely manner has been impossible. There are days the mail person does not even show up to pick up mail, let alone deliver it. This is a business location with several businesses so mail is a big deal.. Please rectify.

Yet again, BVPO failed to dishonor a Reasonable Accommodation under Amer W Disabilities and my mail & pkgs were left "missing". I depend on my carrier Sam who delivers to a mailbox @ my door. He never fails. But for some reason other carriers & supervisors don't honor what I consider a vital service. I am housebound. I will not receive mail or pkgs AT ALL, if BVPO does not honor a legal accommodation for me. Yesterday @ 5:30 pm I spoke to a man still @ the PO. He promised to find & deliver my mail today. He lied. If I can find a private or commercial mail service who can meet my needs, I'll go w them. Your office is the bottom of the barrel. Perhaps u should be closed & lose your jobs.

Worst post office experience ever. They carelessly knocked my name tag out of my box(it's only accessible by their hands) and then proceed to return all of my mail sent to this address because they're stupid enough to think my unit is empty. So not only have I lost two packages, sent back to God knows where, but the customer service I had to put up with while trying to track down my products was terrible. The guy was either very high or very apathetic about his job. Either way, I'm out two packages and I am convinced some IQ testing should be required before someone is allowed to deliver mail.

The local phone number listed here for Bear Valley is incorrect. Their phone number is 303-980-4759. be aware that it may take quite a while for someone to assist you. I have currently been on hold for over five minutes.

I had a bad experience and can't recommend the Bear Valley
station of the United States Postal Service. I paid $18 priority mail to send a
box of Halloween candy for my nieces and nephew in Minnesota. I did this at the
Bear Valley station on Oct. 24. It was expected to arrive Oct. 27. It's finally
being delivered today. For over a week, I tried to track down the package with no
success. Now I know why. My family got a note yesterday that they owed $18 for
postage. I called the delivery supervisor at the Hopkins, Minnesota, station today
to provide proof of purchase. He found the box - there was no postage and no
delivery confirmation tracking number on it. He said he thought it probably had
been sent bulk mail instead.I've written the Office of the Consumer Advocate at the USPS
to register an official complaint and request a full refund.
