VERY DISAPPOINTED... paid $47.00 for a package 7 days before it need to be at it destination priority mail w/a signature required. And UPLAND POST OFFICE lost the package. Learned a huge lesson. No longer will I use this service. Ups you just gained a new customer.
This post office is very poorly run! Our mail either has been lost, not forwarded(they say there is no forwarding on file!) even though we checked and were told twice it was on file. They can easily lose mail, send packages back, don’t hold mail there’s so many things are wrong here. Many items have been sent back with notice “address undeliverable” on it. While having been a client and having done business there for years many times I’ve heard of issues from other clients I’ve made excuses for their employees. Now I see the real problems is in fact here.
I sent two packages to my Grandchildren in Upland, CA for Valentines, tracking says a note was left not and never is I have spent 34.30 to ship two priority packages to them from Worthington, PA and now I have no clue where they are or if they will get them. This is not the first time something like this has happened trying to call the post office is useless no one answers, now my kid works today at 2 pm and leaving house by 1 so God only know where and when the packages will be delivered.
I live at Mountain Shadow, street: andes Dr. Upland CA91784 We didn't receive our mail yesterday Jan 25, 2019 Today's mail came but not with yesterday's letters. I knew what i should get the mail everyday, because i received the email with images that tell me what I should get. There are 3 important letters missing from yesterday. I asked my neighbors they all didn't get Friday's mail..but some other peoples from other street in our community got the mail. Please check!
Our block's gang mailbox (16 individual boxes) was broken into about 3 weeks ago and the post office stopped delivering mail. No notice by the postman, no note on the gang box telling the residents how to get their mail or when the box will be fixed. After going to the Post Office I was told the box needs replacement but this would take at least 2 months. In the meantime we have to pick up our mail there. There has been no action/work done on the broken box, I can only assume that now that we are told to pick up our mail at the Post Office, the mail carrier can now have a shorter work day and not worry about delivery to our block. NOT RIGHT! WHEN WILL THE POST OFFICE TELL THE RESIDENTS WHEN THE BOX WILL BE FIXED!!
Our mailbox group in the 1100 block of E Arrow Hwy has an outgoing slot which I have used quite frequently. I have put bill payments in this slot but noticed it is stuffed with apparent junk mail. I could not get the last payment to drop and thus I will mail it at the post office. My fear is that the bill payments I put in earlier in the week may be stuck in this mass. I fear that I may incur a late fee if these are not delivered promptly.

Upland mail carries are awful!!!!! I know when it is not our regular carrier because the other carries are TOO BUSY ON THEIR PHONES to sort mail out correctly. Our business mail has been delivered to the wrong address due to lack of reading correctly and double checking. Cost us time and money over and over. Mountain Ave & 11th St businesses are fed up with this. Work ethics are down the drain nowadays. USPS please step up and assure your PAYING customers that the job will get done and accurately!!!!!!!!!!
for some reason some of my mail is not gtting delivered to my address. my rent check was sent back and target called me yesterday and feb/march/april statement was sent back..i went to upland PO. talked to a supervisor..he was the super for the front/he doesnt no how to do the back.i was told the super was out in the field checking on the mail people. i have not changed my address, the super told me i would get a phone call today..well that didnt happen. and by looking at this so called supervisor..he looked like he just walked in from the streets. he had no uniform on. still waiting...i hope i dont have to go back down there. and i hope im getting most of my mail...i get the junk mail..lol. but i pay my bills..i had 2 late charges from target...this has to stop.
Today March 12, 2015 tried to get in touch with the Post Office just to let them know our mail was not delivered on March 11 was on hold for over 5 minutes and then hung up in frustration. Seems funny to me that on Saturdays our mail is in the box before noon and every other week day it comes close to 5 PM.We had a wonderful person delivering our mail around the holidays and they took this man off our route, not sure why. Since then we have noticed that there have been several days that we have not gotten mail and these are days that you normally get junk/ads. Something is wrong at the Upland Post Office.
Omg!!! This postal office is horrific, I've mailed out bday cards thru this office within the past 2yrs and I have the correct infor/address on the cards as well as the return address, for the 3rd time, the cards never reached their destination and the gift cards that are only $25 to $40, never were returned to my home address. I truly think there is an inside theft problem ... Please do not send gift cards thru this postal office. I didn't think I wud have to get Insurance on a Bday card, but this is crazy... I've filed a missing maill form, but it's been 2wks and they have not replied..
I live in Paso Robles, CA. Five days ago, I sent a package to my friend in Upland, in a FLAT RATE box paying $11.65. The post office tried to deliver it to her today, and said she owed an additional $6.60 for the box. She refused saying that it was in a flat rate box. IF the box comes back to Paso Robles, I will take it to the Paso Post OFfice, and explain the situation to them. A FLAT RATE box is just that...flat rate. It was in a priority mailing box...2 day service, but it was not delivered for 5 days. No wonder the post office is loosing money, and customers.
