Please! No one is answering the phone! This is a business and we are not receiving our mail! We have been here for almost 30 yrs. and are still open! it is imperative we receive our mail. We are a small company and depend on the checks we should be receiving in the mail. WHY AREN'T WE RECEIVING OUR MAIL???
Shipped a package to a business address and they tried delivering it at 7pm and claimed that they didn't have access to delivery location which the mailboxes are accessible. Re-delivered the very next day and the receiver walked over to his mailbox and nothing. Now I can't get a hold of anyone at the Post Office!!! This place SUXS!!!!!

I am receiving a package at a Business. Today is Tuesday.
Friday the Package was delivered at 5:57 PM (We Close at 4:00pm)
Saturday Delivered at 10am (We aren't open on Saturday)
Monday again delivered at 5:57 PM
I can't figure out why they don't have it delivered with our normal mail that is usually delivered at 3:00PM.
Will I ever receive my package. Are they mentally challenged?
Mail is on vacation hold and they continue to deliver the mail. I can see the delivery with my security cameras. Tried to call but they never answer. It’s disgraceful they just keep shoving mail in a full box and no logical thinking that something is wrong.
Not true! They do answer the phone . But you need to be patient and call approximately 5 to 6 times before they answer the phone. I am not saying that this is the appropriate way to service to their customers but let's not spread lies about the USPS. I've called the Ontario California USPS many times and every time I call I call five to six times and they do pick up the phone and you can speak to a live person

Received a Hold Mail. Been calling since 9am to resolve no answer. Please help! This is a business and we never moved.
I need to know why we are not receiving or being able to sent out our mail this is a business and is important to get our mail on time, we did not get any mail on Monday the 13th and today is almost 4 and the mail man is not here. We been having issues for the past two weeks please let us know what is the problem
My package was received @ the Ontario USPS on May 11/2020.. today May 27/2020 it's still there.....why....Can you deliver my now very late birthday gift....Any action is appreciated...God Bless and stay safe
This postal service is absurd, I understand that the pandemic is causing a delay on deliveries but it seems like no ones working here at all! I live in the NJ and I’m waiting on my packaged to be shipped to my home, however ONTARIO, CA USPS SERVICES HASN’T SHIPPED MY PACKAGE YET. This area is holding my items since APRIL 23,2020 AND ITS NOW MAY 22,2020!!!! I feel bad for the business that shipped my item out, it’s not THERE FAULT. I cant drive to CA and pick up my package, I live in NJ. What are they possibly doing for my package to take so long to be shipped to the next carrier . Horrible service. Just horrible. is anybody working?
I had to 5" square packages in my mailbox today right at the front of the box for the postal worker to take them. Could NOT be missed. At 5:30pm I checked my mail and they had pushed my packages to the back of the box to put new mail in. There is no way they could have missed the two boxes because they toke up half the box and were in the front because I had checked them a few hours earlier to see if the mail had came yet. They had to be postmarked today so I got in my car and went to the Chino post office on Walnut which is closest to my home. I was lucky a truck was just pulling in the back of that post office and I was able to flag him down and he was very friendly and toke the boxes for me .I know it was not my regular postal worker I have had for years because she does a great job and would never have pushed them to the back! .
hello - we have reached out multiple times since august of 2017 to resolve an issue that in the Ontario mills shopping center new mailboxes were added last year however our store was skipped- our address for Camille La Vie is space 622- there is no space 622 and we have not received our mail for six months- we have contacted Lori Briscoe with no response- our store has called you as well as the mall management office to NO RESPONSE- this is an aggravating situation that has gone on for close to a year-
I have a package that has been in the Toronto sort facility since 7/8/15 going to Fred Musial Pacesetter Petroleum (tracking number CV 035 461 800 US) Can you please tell me the status of this package. Our customer is calling wondering when and if it will be delivered. Thanks for your assistance.
