Again, my outgoing mail was not picked up. New mail was put on top of outgoing mail. I tried calling Sergio, but after hours, 5:30ish. Will call Tuesday!!! Montclair, CA 91763

You are amazing!!! Montclair office doesn't answer--ever. About twice a month I mail two books to a friend. Handled well in Montclair--not so much in Fresno--destination. Fresno has lost two books with NO EXPLANATION and now the intended receiver received something she doesn't even recognize but NO BOOKS. (Pink tulle handing out of both ends is what she received). What is she supposed to do OR ME???

Terrible that no-one answers the phone. I dropped off a record and it was not shipped. Their phone is never answered. My customer is upset and it makes me look bad, not you! How about you have a little customer service so people who use your post office can find out what happened to their items once dropped off. AWFUL POST OFFICE - PROBABLY LAZY OR THIEVES.

We have lived in Montclair for 30+ years and the level of postal delivery has always been pretty good. That is until our postman Henry retired. The new carrier who has taken over his route is awful. We get neighbors mail in our box and they get ours quite often. Today the mail was shoved into the box and Christmas cards were folded in half due to the uncaring manner of the carrier. I don't know who this new carer in our area is but he/She needs to be more careful and respectful of our mail.
