Your associate Jessica helped my client an older adult. She was patient, polite and considerate of his hearing challenges. Hire more people like Jessica in the Claremont office.

The costumer service was poor. Low staff. working stressed out. Everytime I would ask a question they would respond back with a bad attitude.

I am frustrated by the irregular times of home mail delivery. Mail is delivered any time from 11 am to 6 pm. But, more of a concern are errors in service: 1) delivered mail, but did not take outgoing mail; 2) deliver mail for other addresses to my box; 3) picked up outgoing mail from a neighbor and delivered to my mail box. The neighbor was mailing a bill payment - it did not got to the postal service. It went into my mail box.

I scheduled an appointment to have my family's passports processed on 6/25/2018 for 1pm to 2pm. We arrived ten minutes early for the appointment as requested. The staff responsible for processing passports reviewed our applications and said we were missing the proper identification for our son. He did not have a DMV issued ID, but did have a student ID. The staff dismissed us within five minutes. My husband decided to called the State Department and they said the student ID was okay. We went back to the post office around 3:30pm and she dismissed us again, stating that she ends at 3 pm and that we would need to make another appointed. I believe she should have given us the time since she sent us away earlier with wrong information. She also stated that " that's the kind of customer she likes, hi then bye." How does the post office allow such terrible customer service. Absolutely no regard for people's time. My husband and I had to leave work to twice and ended up with nothing but frustration and she treats it like a joke. The staff needs to be properly trained on the State Department requirements. I am deeply disappointed. I expected better from an establishment from the City of Claremont.

11/28/17 No delivery today (the big add day) and when I called, from 3:30-5 pm the phone was off the hook. Not customer friendly and not part of their job. Very disappointed (and not the first time for no delivery).

Missing mailings these past two months, were not received at their destination. The common source were that they were all dropped off at the mailing boxes next to the Claremont Branch on 140 Harvard Ave., CA, 91711. This has occurred four times, maybe a fifth mailing. I've been notified by various billing agencies and are paying penalties. This was never a problem in the 25 years I've been using this facility until now.
