The postmaster left a notice in my mailbox about my mailbox not meeting official standards. I have'nt had any problems in the past about my mailbox and now we have a new postmaster and there's an issue! The notice states that my box should be raised 52" then it states that it should be lowered 36"! I have done the measurements and it is at 39". So which is it?? For questions, I should call (909) 865-1267, but I've been calling and after several rings it hangs up on me!! If they're telling me to call this number, they need to have someone answering the phone!! This is so disappointing!
Really disappointed in the service rendered at this location. As a customer and a tax payer one expects to get adequate service. I've called the phone number posted for several days constantly and no one *ever* answers the phone. In person, the staff are pleasant for the most part. However, if you express a concern they immediately become defensive and verbally combative. I actually heard a customer politely ask for a supervisor - the clerk was excited to call the supervisor; and when supervisor came, he was just as bad as the clerk. He basically gave him the number with no attempt to address the issue...he didn't care. I've been going to this location for many years and the personnel has not changed. (Respectfully) Everyone that works in front with the public carry's on as if they are counting the days for retirement - this is reflective in their attitude and service. It really saddens me even writing this as I look through the comments below, there are little to no replies to address customers concerns. I believe it's partially related to this particular area in Pomona, it's not the best. It's a sense of USPS and governing authorities disregard for the community due to their socioeconomic status. I actually did not want to even waste my time and write this review. However, remaining silent is a part of contributing to the problems. The issues need to be addressed and service has to get better - across the board from late mail, missing mail, packages being returned to sender without any research on box numbers when a name is on the package, to poor customer relations.
I checked the status of my package for delivery and status reads it was left today and for me to check where my mail is usually left. I have No package. Now what?Whatever happened to knocking to notify? I was home at 11a.m.
I have bee trying to call to get a response. For the 3 days my mail has been delivered to the wrong address(criminals live there). They brought our mail over today. The mail was opened. NOT HAPPY!
I need to know how do I make a complaint. Opening other people mail is a FEDERAL CHARGE.
Wish our mail Carrier would not walk on our lawn which has been a problem for some time. I have made a
complain a few months back and the problem has not been resolved.i must believe that this issue has not been taken seriously.
Have a New Postal person - most of us on our Block get the wrong mail because the Postal person has the music so darn Loud and is NOT paying attention.
I have a son in the Military and the neighbors are Nice enough to bring my mail. Post Office needs a better Post Master to get this place & it's associates doing there Jobs!!
i put in a call the driver came to my door. i fell and fractured my foot so i couldnt chase him down there was a piece of mail on top the rest belongs to someone else. can they come here on wed to pick up this mail?
I am so tired of calling the numbers listed for this office! NEVER do they answer!!! I am tired of not getting my mail on certain Saturday's. At least two Saturday's a month or sometimes within a five week period my entire block does NOT receive any mail. WTF!!!! And I know for a fact it is not my regular postman missing us because I ask my.

Very upset business customer
I keep calling the number and they keep letting it ring or answer the phone and hang up. I called the 1-800 # and they couldn't answer my question they referred me back to Pomona post office. I let them know I have been trying to contact them and they told me to call 714-662-6215 and file a complaint. So I will do just that, please help get this resolved.
I call the office and no Answer how are they suppose to help out there local customers when they choose not to pick up there business phone. its very aggravating trying to get your things done and calling to the place you need assistance from and they are open but yet they are so unprofessional that they cant answer phone.
I keep calling 1267 # but no one ever answers, what good is a # is no on ever answers the darn phone. Our postal service sucks, I haven't received ANY mail for a week and I can't get anyone on the phone to ask why, I always some type of mail, even if its junk. Something is going on but I can't get anyone to pick up the phone.
I tried calling the 1267 # and it rang for 5 min before an automated voice said this mobile # is unavailable and saying to call later. I'm trying to apply for a passport and they said to make an appointment....So I'm supposed to come in person TWICE?
