My mail box was open again and instead of the carrier coming to my door with my package just left. I received an email that my package was at the carrier location, but there was no address as to where that was (alvarado niles or smith street) This was a birthday gift and now I have to take off time from work to figure out where the package is since no one answers the phone number listed to help me out.
To whom it may concern. This is the second time this happen to my neighborhood. We found our mail box open. All the mail box are open and we could not lock our mail box with our key. It's very concerning since anyone can get any bodys mail. Please make sure that the mail box are always lock and that only residence are allow to open the mail box. Thank you in advance.
Again this is the second time all the mail box have been open and I could not lock my mail box with my key.
My address is 3812 Amy Court Union City, CA 94587
I have a Priority Package with a required signature that was sent to your post office.
Last update shows a 9/5 date. I have had our local post office file a missing package form already but was asked to contact your office for further assistance.
Please advise on the status of this package.
Not sure if this the right venue to criticize one of your delivery people. I received a package yesterday by a UPSP employee. It was a box and when he delivered it he threw it down on the ground. 3-4 foot toss. The package had candles in it. For my daughter. Not sure if they broke or not. I have a video of it. Please advise me on this. Thanks, Joe
The people who work here would rather spit in your face than help you. They always deliver to the wrong address. They are obnoxious, rude, unprofessional, and bad at their jobs. The complete lack of communication skills is rampant among those who work here as well. I work in Oakland and always choose to mail packages from there whenever possible. At least I know that they will not be tampered with or delivered to the wrong location when mailed from Oakland. The Union City location (Alvarado Niles BLVD) has no integrity. I oay for priority shipping (2-3 Days) and it took a week to get there. Not during any holidays either. I have had packages lost without any explanation from this location too. Seriously, FIRE the people at this location and hire people who have some pride in their work and some actual intelligence.
The lady that delivers my mail on Carmen Way, 94587 talks LOUDLY and in another language on her cell phone while delivering mail. Shouldn't that be done on her break. I can't talk on a cell phone while I am at work. Besides she was so LOUD that I ran to my door to see what all the ruckus was about. So unprofessional and distracting from what I am doing as well as what she is doing. Maybe that's why my neighbor had to deliver a mis-delivered check to my house. Postal inspectors, supervisor: Tell you carriers to chat on the cell phones while on BREAK or LUNCH, not while performing their federally regulated JOB. Someone wants that job and would do it right! I am not a ROBOT but I am deeply annoyed.
Tried to call about my passport renewal. I went there twice and was asked to fill an online form. Then I was told to call to make an appointment. When I called, they said it had to be online, when I tried to explain, they hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back. Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen. Can't even speak to a manager, they won't answer the phone.
Tried calling in to get information regarding my passport renewal. No answer at all Over the course of 3 days. Walked into office to get information regarding passport renewal. Terrible customer service . She basically told me to go take my picture elsewhere and to read my forms to figure out how to get an expedited return. TERRIBLE customer service .... and I know nothing more now than before asking them for help.
At approx. 7:00 pm I tried to deposit-insert my parcel into the lobby parcel box. It was jammed, however there was someone inside the work area. I asked her to remove the item and she refused. I understand that "no one" is working at this time. However, there was someone there. How did the employee get in the back work area? She was not alone, there was also someone else she was talking to. Would it have created so much trouble if the jammed parcel be removed? So, customers could continue to use the self service kiosk? If this happened to me, I know this must be a continuous issue. Very poor service.
