According to my tracking number 92748927005099010018971628 my PKG had been sitting at your post office since 5-12-20 could you please send it out. I can't understand this waiting. I have ordered other items and have received them in 8 to 10 days. This PKG I ordered on 5-7-20. Can you get it sent out. I would surely appreciate it.

I called the USPS office on Dusterberry 7 times before they picked up. When they picked up, a lady spoke to me in a rushed manner. I simply did not want to make the situation more difficult since my gate was closed and I was not home. There was no note left near the gate. That is why I needed to call the office to get any information. I simply wanted to know what I could do. Perhaps redeliver or pick up? I was talking and apologized but got cut off with “What’s your address?” I wanted to be respectful of the worker as I am still young but I have to take care of my family business so I understand that those working in these times are exhausted and tired. I was offended and taken aback at the rude customer service but I was still able to say thank you at the end of the call. There hasn’t been any confirmation email or text about the status of my package being redelivered or ready for pick up since she did not ask for my phone number or email whatsoever. She only knows my address. I tried calling back another 2 times. Nothing. I’ve been to this postal office ever since I was young and have always seen my mother get mistreated at this office since the employees always seemed to be in a rush to move onto the next customer. I tried calling USPS’ main commercial support line in hopes to resolve this issue. I am very disappointed.
Dusterberry postoffice staff never answer the phone. If sign the delivery slip authorising to leave package in mail box they never do it. If go to post office the staff’s behaviour is very rude.
Over all their customer service is big zero.
This is a commendation for Carl, our awesome mail carrier. I have no idea how to get a hold of the carrier supervisor. I just want to say how efficient and knowledgeable he is. Last week in the pouring rain, he knocked on the door. He had a letter for me but with my maiden name and a wrong address. He wanted to know if it was me. Yes!! From my sister in Maryland. It takes a very dedicated carrier to accomplish this. Most would just return it as no such number, unknown. We appreciate all his hard work. Thank him for us!! Passport Officer Lady - is Rude / Arrogant, Don't respect anyone, keeps yelling on her colleagues and queue without reasons.
She makes her own rules like she is ownerpresident.
Passport Photos: She will reject your own copies, and will force to go only (Passport studio - PassportPhoto - on Mowry Ave - Fremont. )
There have recently been many occasions recently in the Glenmoor area where I have seen un-uniformed individuals delivering either mail or packages. Since when does the USPS allow employees to deliver mail without wearing identifying uniforms? I am very uncomfortable with this practice. There are have been routine mail and package thefts in this area and this surely doesn't help improve security.
I would respectfully ask the post master in Fremont to respond this concern. UPS drivers are always uniformed. Fed Ex too. Why is the USPS permitting plain clothes employees to interface with the public?
Passport Acceptance Hours is clearly mentioned as Monday-Friday 8:45am - 12:00pm, 1:00pm - 2:30pm, I went yesterday around 1.30 PM for my son's passport, the lady at the counter said they give ticket till 1PM, so we came back and I went today again at 9 AM, to my surprise I came to know people come there at 7AM in the morning and they are assigning tickets to only those people, after that you need wait 4 Hrs till 1PM and if you are lucky you might then get a ticket in the afternoon slot. so two of my working days are gone, now I have to come another day at 7AM. My question is are we paying for a passport here or waiting outside best buy for Black Friday? Why not post this ticketing rule clearly in the post office and in the website. Why not add more stuff instead one single person. Why all near by post office doesn't have appointment available for next 3 month?
Went here to get my passport this morning after looking up to make sure they have passport acceptance hours and passport photo hours. After standing in line for over an hour, I come to find out they don't do photo's even thought the website says they do...great way to waste your customers time. This was not the only problem...there was only one person working the passport service and it took about half an hour to get through the first person, then about 20 minutes for the second person. It takes less than 2 minutes to fill out the paper work, how can it take that long to process? If there was a sign posted on the front door letting people know they don't have photo capabilities, I could have just walked away and not wasted my time, but nope, they have posted in front of the passport office, so you basically have to wait to find out at the last minute. Their customer service is such a shame.
We went here for my sons passport. We reached around 9:00am. There were 12-14 people in line before us. The first set of people took more than 15 mins in the office. Going by that calculation, we were going to be standing in that line for atleast 2-21/2 hours. There was 1 person serving this line. There were families with babies in the line, kids crying and parents getting tired. There was no place to even sit. It was a sad sight. I would recommend an appointment system. That will save new parents and little babies a lot of hassle.
