I have been in the office 3 times trying to make an passport appointment. And the clerks only said go online. I explained to online the system not let me make an appointment, but I received no help or good answer from them. I called them and the same answer, “I don’t know mam “. Please we need a better services
It was the second time this week that post crew send wrong mail to my box. Yesterday, I dropped by to return those items, including a small parcel and 4 mails. I remind to your front desk to watch this strange incidence. By yesterday evening, I received another 5 mails belong to other residency. I will make a trip to send those mails back to post office. Please be aware you need to have training for your team. I also makes me worried about the secured way to receive important mail and package through post office.

I called them at 510-797-0903 ant for the 1st time in 2 days of trying to reach them someone answered but guess what...the lady said they do not accept appointments for passport renewal t this number anymore...so she gave me this number 800-275-8777 because that is the new number to set up appointments. I trusted that info and called only to have the other people tell me the Newark lady is wrong. I now have been trying all day to reach the newark location but the line is always busy...I think they're just leaving the line busy on purpose...unless they really have 1 person constantly answering phone...if that's the case then they desperately need to hire a 2nd.
Hello, we have two problems:
1. We found two important bills loose (being blownin the wind) in our driveway.
2. We normally receive mail: bills, bank statements,mag., junk adver, books etc.
We haven't received mail for three days and are dubious about the current service.
Help! and respond by email.
I called to ask about passport renewal and the lady who answered the phone totally shamed me for not doing so sooner if i was traveling next month. She was incredibly rude and i don't care to be treated like that by anyone.
I WANTED TO BRING THIS TO YOUR ATTENTION. WE ARE NOT RECEIVING ALL OF OUR MAIL. THERE ARE BANK STATEMENTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN RECEIVED. WE CONTACTED THE BANKS & THEY TOLD US THEY WERE MAILED OVER A WEEK AGO. I FEEL SO SORRY FOR THE CARRIERS BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO WORK SUCH LONG HOURS INTO THE DARKNESS AT NIGHT. NO WONDER MAIL ISN'T DELIVERED CORRECTLY. IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT. THE POSTAL SERVICE MUST HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO HELP OUR CARRIERS. ALL THESE NEW HOMES ARE BEING BUILT WE NEED MORE CARRIERS.
