Years ago they were so helpful and great. Especially the old man named Jim. Now, the lady who has worked there a few years is getting more rude by the day. I was in yesterday to purchase a book of stamps. She rushed me through, even though there was no line behind me. I asked her to weigh an envelope. She weighed it with her HAND and told me it will need two stamps. Then reached over to the screen and marked the rating satisfactory!!! The rating that the CUSTOMER was supposed to give to her!! She did the same with the customer in front of me. I was in shock that she was that bold!
