Please hold my mail for me please I live at 604 Olivero Rd Space 9 Modesto California 95358 and the new managers here are breaking into my mailbox and taking my mail out I don't know what they're doing with it but I know this for a fact that they're taking my mail and they keeping it and I got some credit cards and stuff coming in now and I'm just like to know if you guys can keep it hold on it please until I get a PO box

Yesterday I had mail to go out on my box at 8:00AM. At 10:00PM I brought it in for the night and put it back on my box to be picked up today at 8:AM. July 5 & 6 2023.
It is now 7:00PM. & I still have had no service. Why is there no service for two days?

I finally received my mail at 7 PM. A bit late don’t you think? This is the first mail I’ve received in a week. My mail was Mark not delivered due to door open. This is California we’re supposed to be saving energy if I don’t run my air conditioner I open my house saves energy. So apparently you people believe I should have my house closed up and the AC going constantly. And by the way I’ve also been notified that my door being open you won’t deliver the mail because you’re afraid a small dog is gonna get through a security door. You need to learn the difference between a screen door and a security door, there ain’t no dog getting through no security door. Please do better you charge way too much for a stamp for you to get away with acting like that. Your job deliver the mail daily.

I'e had a problem for months now and the post office can't offer me any resolution. My daughter moved out of my home and did a transfer, our names are similiar and my mail, paycheck, packages etc is delivered to her po box 2 hours away. She requested it be reversed but she continues to get my mail. I've been in to my post office 3xs and cannot get any help resolving their mistake.

Suggest You go in and make a loud scene.
I had a situation with DMV where transferring title was a situation from hell. Three times they werent satisfied with the sellers signed form and sent me back with another form to be signed. I got it signed just as seller was leaving the area and moving to New York. I took it to same DMV and was then told there was still another form to be signed. I snapped and in a raised voice asked why I couldnt have been given all form in beginng; the seller was now gone so I couldnt get thi 3rd signature. A police guard perked up and started my way. The manger came out to me and after hearing my story said "no proble" and signe the form and all was goo. I got my temp registration..
you might also say you are going to give your story to your local newspaper--that worked for me on another problem with a billing error at local hospital.

No mail carrier came to our office again. We are located at 920 15th Street and are a CPA firm with a deadline on July 15th. We have important mail that needs to go out. Please have someone stop by our office Monday- Thursday 8-5 and Fridays 8-2. Thank you.

Our office in open Monday - Thursday 8-5 Fridays 8-2. In the past 2 weeks in on at least 3 occasions no one has come to our office to pick up our mail or deliver . We are essential business and would appreciate a carrier to stop by our office.

The post office says that my package was delivered by tracking no., but it was never received. I put in a claim and the response letter was delivered to my neighbor. Just how stupid are the delivery personnel that the post office hires. I have given up and will request any future packages be delivered by FedEx or UPS.

As I type this I have been on hold for 3 hours! I reported my mail missing since they said it was delivered last Friday and have not received nor heard anything from the post office. I am sure they must've delivered it to the wrong locker at this point! Another package delivered to them from UPS instead of my home and nothing about that package either.

I need to report an issue! 3 packages marked/notified DELIVERED. Only one actually delivered. Tracking numbers all show DELIVERED.

I have been on hold for over 2 hours. I am beyond frustrated. All to find out what delivered at parcel locket means when I have a mailbox????? There was no key no note nothing in my mail box. Just a notification in my email that my package was delivered. I called and was told through the automated system that I would be on hold for 30 minutes it had been 2 1/2 hours. This is a government agency why can’t I reach anyone?????? There is no option to reach a live person and this is not ok!!!!!!
