When I get home from work my mailbox is wide open. I have asked many times that my mailman please close my mailbox. When they deliver my mail my mailbox is closed. Why can't they close it after the delivery? This is very unprofessional and risky on the count that I get all my banking and mortgage mail delivered. Anyone passing by can grab my data. I have requested many times to the mailman and they don't care. They always leave it open. Very lazy and unprofessional.

I drove 2 hours to collect mail from my mom's P.O. Box only to find the lobby closed!!! Never heard of a USPS office that prevented the collection of mail 24/7. Extremely disappointed!!!!

My mail is supposed to be being held & neighbors finding important mail in mailbox. This is the 3rd time this has happened when mail was supposed to be held.
