Have been phoning the Ave. De. Oro, and the US Post Office, phones now for 30 min, and get the rage machine, and no forward to a live "operator" as the machine says. USPS doesn't buy my gas, so I don't really want to drive out there...

I just left Oceanside Post Office. They never disappoint! This is the best post office I’ve been to! They are professional, extremely helpful, and they do it all in a cheerful way!

I need someone within the post office to explain WHY you cannot deliver mail to our house. Just because the house changed hands doesn’t mean the mail delivery method should change. Much less withhold our mail. Our mailbox is the same as the previous owner and the same as all of our other neighbors. Please explain yourselves and your reasoning. I’d love to hear you make sense of it.

I need to speak with someone about the delivery of mail at 400-596 Dakota Way. The Association is having asphalt work performed and I need to talk to someone about the postponement in mail service while this work is ongoing. Please call [number removed]. Cheryl Leonard, manager

You may recall the new Postmaster General, Louis DeJoy, appointed by President Trump, to cut costs at postal facilities, including automated sorting machines, drop-in mailboxes, and overtime for post-office employees. They are doing the best they can with what they have. Thank your carrier.

About six months ago I mailed six padded envelopes directly at the Oceanside PO. They all had PC postage and only three had tracking. The three without tracking disappeared without a trace and I had to pay the customers back. Now I went directly to the post office about 6:30 PM and put three padded envelopes with tracking directly into the indoor slot. They also disappeared and were never scanned. These will now cost me hundreds more dollars since they were not scanned and I can't prove I mailed them. So in conclusion, I mailed nine packages directly at the post office and six of them are gone, stolen or whatever. I will say that my local mail carrier scans the items right away and none of them have ever gone missing and tracking shows up almost immediately. I can't trust the PO anymore. Now I have to spend more money and ship everything with another carrier. Don't get me wrong, I love our postal service but it needs to be fixed somehow. Bottom line, there is one or more employees there with sticky fingers. Fix it.

I agree, the postman doesn’t get the respect they deserve. Ours at 92057 is great and we all appreciate his hard work. Thank you from 92057

This is for the EXTREMELY RUDE postage carrier that delivered mail to Pacific Ridge on April 15, 2020 at 5:15PM. 1. Attempted to get said deliver's attention, and because he has headphones in yelled "I can't hear you!" and ignored me completely because I was trying to get my mail. 2. Refused to give me his name and asked why I wanted it because I wanted to let management know of extremely rude behavior. He states "talk to any supervisor at the branch, they know who is driving these routes at this time". 3. Did not allow me to get my mail at my mailbox because he was not done. Educate your carriers on customer service.

Today I contacted our local Oceanside, CA Post Office (92056) regarding a UPS to USPS shipment from an Amazon related vendor. We had to change our plans because of the Covid-19 virus, and this was going to cause problems with our shipment. Marylin at the 92056 Post Office was very helpful and took steps to help with our shipment - She’s a great employee! This is a great Post Office

I have received 3 houses mail one day last week and have received no mail for last 2 days when I receive mail every day. What's up? Is someone not delivering our mail? Is it in someone's storage locker? My neighbor has not received her pay check. We are getting really mad about our mail delivery.

I filled out a change of address form at least two weeks ago. I have moved to another state and have yet to receive any forwarded mail. My old address was 1472 Belmont Park Rd, Oceanside

I live in a senior community, Oceana III, and my mail as well as the mail of several of my neighbors is often delivered to the wrong address. I have gotten mail for individuals living several miles away. I often have medications ordered and worry about the delivery. This week my medications were delivered to an individual living on Kittiwake Way and I live on Plover Way. Thank goodness they found my home and gave me the medication. I thought one of the requirements for a position with the postal service was the ability to read. Apparently the individual delivery in my area can not do so. Please investigate.

Would like to notify my local post office that mail service (and delivery of accumulated mail) is 3 days late resuming after a 5-day hold. Called four times during retail hours and let ring until phone cut to busy.

I love the ladies and gentleman that work at this site! But, what's going on with the grounds upkeep? You would think looking at the surrounding building it was a closed, abandoned facility. Please get someone over there. The folks that work there deserve better then this. Dianna C.
