I have never been treated worse than I was in this post office. I came to apply for a passport for my 6 month old daughter and the woman who helped me was so nasty I don't know how she sleeps at night. We were running a little late and I called to let them know. When we came in, there was a couple a head of us, though there appointment was still 20 mins away we informed them and the clerk that we don't mind waiting for her to process there application first. She make them stand there with a toddler who had pink eye, for 20 mins until it was exactly the time of their scheduled appointment. Meanwhile, me, my husband and my now hungry and crying baby stood there for 2 hours while she helped another couple who walked in after us and several, non passport related customers. She should be fired and never work with the public again.
