No one ever answers the phone!! customer service is non existent!!!

Postmaster my name is Myrtle Williams I've been with the post office about 15 + years. I've always found the staff to be kind and courteous. They're so even when being provoked by the insane. Yesterday I picked up my mail, opening it at home the Birthday care was already opened. I didn't noticed it before because it was mixed with the stack. It was after your 3:00p.m closing time. This morning I returned to the back area 8:30 a.m to address this issue. Two kind oung ladies were attempting to assist me. Then the 1st brought the supervisor Mr. Tyrese Sterling (A middle age African-American male.) I hope I have his name correct. He was so kind and patient with me he even waited and talked to the lady who sent me the birthday gift card. She who was on the way to the hospital at the time she's going to have a transplant at Oregon and they're preparing her for it. He realized that the stress that she was in trying to verify and find the paperwork that she's going to the hospital to prove to him that it was for real. He said never mind hang up I'm going to give you $100 out of my pocket and I wish you a happy birthday and I wish her success with her surgery. Now how great of a god-given sensitive man is he. I sent up a prayer to God for him then and I will continue to do so and I'm including the rest of the staff at the post office. When I first went inside the post office in the mailbox I could hear them doing an awards giving awards to people for years of service and I congratulate them the service is fantastic at that location thank you so very much and thank him and all of them from the bottom of my heart. I have recently obtained a PO box at the North Hollywood office on lankershim. I need to use a street address. May I please use the north lankershim street address for my PO box when I need a street address? Thank you. Kathy

I did not recieve my order from.merchantvstates it waz handed to an individual at my location it was not handed to any one I know so it means someone not known stole my package. why did the carrier hand it just any one I do not know you are responsible for my package not delivered to me in. my name i want to speak to some one on this issue 7477328149 concerning my stolen package suppost to be at adress 8119 st. clair ave , north. Hollywood 91605 log says it waz handed to an individual a on Sept 2, 2020 at 11:45am I did not recieve it in my hands I never saw it some one I dont know your carrier handed to a complete stranger not to me.

Why haven’t we gotten any mail for weeks

My son went to this post office to pick up a tracked package on 12/18/2017. When I pulled up in the parking lot I noticed the line already out the door. My son went in to pick up his package and after about an hour and a half came out with a piece of paper and no package. I inquired what happened? He said the guy at the counter told him that the package was not there, to call his supervisor at this bogus number "818-503-0979". I know because I called it and no one ever answer the phone. I AM HAVING THE WORST TIME GETTING IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE WHO WORKS FOR THIS POST OFFICE. I SENT A PACKAGE FOR DELIVERY ON 5/4/2017 FROM MARYLAND TO MY SON WHO LIVES IN NORTH HOLLYWOOD CA AND I PAID EXPRESS DELIVERY FEES AND AS OF TODAY 5/18/17 THE PACKAGE HAS NOT BE DELIVERED. I CALLED USPS AND SPOKE WITH SEVERAL CUSTOMER REP WHO HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. I WAS GIVEN THE NORTH HOLLYWOODS PHONE NUMBER TO TRY TO TRACK THE PACKAGE. I WAS TOLD TO ASK FOR A DELIVERY SUPERVISOR AND WHEN THE ONE PERSON DID ANSWER, I WAS GIVEN THE NAME OF THE SUPERVISOR (JESSIE) WAS NOT AVAILABLE. I PROVIDED ALL MY CONTACT INFORMATION; NAME, CELL PHONE NUMBER, CASE NUMBER, ADDRESS OF DELIVERY TO THAT AND WAS TOLD I WILL RECEIVED A CALL BACK. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL. 5/18/17 I HAVE MADE CALLS TO THIS POST OFF EVERY HOUR AND NO ONE HAS ANSWERED. THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I WISH I KNOW WHO I COULD COMPLAIN TOO!

I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF SERVICE I AM RECEIVING, I OWN A SMALL BUSINESS AND MY MAIL IS VITAL TO THE SUCCESS OF MY COMPANY SINCE THE LAST TWO REGULAR PERSONNEL (RUTH) AND ( BOB) THINGS HAVE NOT BEEN THE SAME. I DON'T EVEN KNOW MY MAIL CARRIER'S NAME. HOW UN FORMAL AND NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I NEED MY MAIL ON A DAILY BASIS AND SHOULD BE AT A SPECIFIC TIME. CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE NOW!!!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER IS A BOLD FACED LIAR.

Today when I came home from work my magazines were on the ground in the front lawn. I live on a main street in an apartment. I'm always getting mail for people who don't live in my building and the address is not even close. I put this mail in an area where the mail man can see and take it back yet he leaves if there for days. I currently have no mail in my mailbox and since my magazine was on the lawn I'm now worried that other mail may have been dropped there to. I am very upset need this addressed asap otherwise I will be contacting your post master.
