I am a resident of Eastvale. My mail has not been delivered since last week 3/31 today is 4/6. I called the Norco Post office who delivers our mail and spoke with John who refused to provide his employee ID number of any other employee identifying information, and was rude and unprofessional. He said my mail was in the office and probably not delivered due to a vehicle being parked in front of my mail box. I live across the street from a park and elementary school. I explained to John that I have no control of who parks on the sidewalk as it is public parking and I am not home to monitor the parking. I requested to talk to the post master who John said was Herbert, but John stated the post master was in a meeting and John took my name and number to have the post master return my call, never received a call from the post master. I told John I would make sure no one parked in front of my mailbox on this day and no one did, but I still did not get any of my mail delivered. Since there was no obstruction to my mail box and my mail was still not delivered, I believe that this was an unjust and unlawful withholding of my mail.
