My concern is that faulty sorting has cost me dearly when packages are cited as "delivered" but they were not delivered to my box and it is obvious that the sorting was by the last 3 digits of my address. I get lots of mail for a neighbor on a different street with the same last 3, but have lost packages that were"delivered" to the community mailbox but not my mailbox. That customer does not return the packages to me and it is not my job to confront the other customer. I asked the supervisor to retrain the postal deliverers to use street and name; not last 3. That lasted a few months and I have now lost a $145 sweater and lord knows what else...marked "delivered."
I BEEN CALLING DAILY TO GET MY MAIL FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS, WHICH I PAID TO HAVE FORWARDED TO MY NEW ADDRESS AND ALL I GET IS A RECORDING, THE PHONE RINGS AND RINGS AND THEN THEY HUNG UP AFTER SO MANY RINGS, THEY NEED TO ANSWER THEIR DAMN PHONE!!!!

Based on Amazon alert day ( 9 July 2020) , the local postal delivery person left one parcel at my mail box, but the delivery person did not left the parcel box key in my mail box. Now, I am not sure how to cover my parcel.
I have been a customer for about 10 years, and the workers have always been great 👍. They are courteous, patient , kind and helpful to all my needs!!!! Thank you all for your service!! Especially Susie!!! 🌹🌹🌹
Awful customer service. I manage a property on 92505 and we placed a new multi-unit mailbox. I spoke with Lori about 2-3 weeks ago asking for post office lock. she indicated that she needed to speak with the carrier since they handle that portion and would call me back. No call back as of today. I attempt to call 2-3 times daily and no one answers. They keep leaving noticed that they will not deliver mail anymore. Very disappointed!
