Every time I have outgoing mail, the carrier passes up my house and my mail isn't taken to the post office. My neighbor says his name is Sal. I am disabled and my mail box was moved up by my door for that reason. I have had mail sit in my box to be picked up for up to two days. This is frustrating to me and my bills need to get to their appointed destination in a timely manner so I don't get late fees. I have no idea what to do about this other than report it. Thank you.
