Went to my local Ups Store and paid for priority mail $13 for a package to be sent to Corona. The package was tracked yesterday as arriving at your post office at 2pm and in transition to its final destination in Corona. My son called today and said it just arrived today and it looked like something had been spilled on it and also the contents inside. So terribly upset. What did the carrier do with this package that took two days to deliver??? I am on social security and have limited income. I do not think you should pay top dollar and get such poor service. I do not mind people needing to eat just not over the items they are In trusted to deliver. I feel I should be entitled to a full refund for such careless service and actions. Worry for me. Where did he go with that package??? Not acceptable behavior. I only hope my son can salvage the contents of that envelope???? Not happy at all!!

Mail that i dropped in 'outgoing mail' in my community mailbox - Is it getting picked up by postal employees ? I still don't have a receipt of outgoing mail received by recipients for mail i posted 3 weeks back. Who do i check with a status of this ? I hope the postmaster of Corona CA, sees it a take action. Tried calling and experiencing wait time of 90 mins. Not a good experience so far...
I was notified by tracking that a package I was expecting was being held AT CUSTOMERS REQUEST at the post office. (Corona on grand, my zip:92882.). I DID NOT REQUEST A HOLD ON ANY OF MY MAIL. I first tried to call the office, no answer. I paid a personal visit but no one was able to help me and the supervisor was out to lunch. I was given a number to call. (Same number I had been calling all morning). Around 3:00 I finally was able to connect with someone I assume was the supervisor, he did not give his name and I failed to ask. After checking he said a clerk had made a scanning error. He said the “carrier would deliver it today” (Which was yesterday. It was not delivered. The tracking is still showing held at customer request. I tried to call several times beginning at 8:30. No answer. So I drove to the office and to my surprise the whole parking lot was roped off and looked like they were paving the parking lot. There was no way to enter to park. I just want to get my package and wondering how it is possible that this work could not be done on day when the post office is closed. The worse part is I am not able to get a hold of anyone to help me.
Where can I confirm that my mail is being forwarded? I moved in March and submitted by forward mail request mid-February. I have been receiving a *lot* less mail than I normally do. I am concerned. I have tried to ask my new local branch to confirm, they said I must speak to a representative at the branch that serviced my old address (Corona). I've called the Corona branch a few times and am unable to get through. Please advise. Very concerned about my stimulus check. Thank you!
Lost my mail countless times...now they say they delivered but i was video recording all day long so plz show me this package that delivered please. thanks for ruining xmas grinches. no one picks up the phone. Ive been calling everybody but no one cares. Happy Holidays Corona.
HORRIFIC phone customer service. I'm on hold with the main cust svs for over AN HOUR now noone picked up. I call my local post office "this person is not accepting calls" ... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I put for someone to pick up my packages from my apartment because I'm DISABLED and they didn't yesterday, they didn't today...I'm so frustrated. How horrible is this company WOW!!! I hope someone else takes over soon. So aggravated just because they can't do their job.
Our delivery man has to be the slowest person available, this holiday season when he is off delivery is done by 3:45 at the latest, today 31 Dec is typical of his at least 4:30 and as of this moment 5:21pm still not a sign if him anywhere on our street (we can see at least 1/2 mile up hill and no sign of the USPS vehicle. This guys is absolutley the bottom of the barrel in terms of speed or capability.
it's been weeks trying to locate my package, I keep getting calls telling me to them back at 95173731220. I'm wondering if the pony express and telegraph systems are even working there. HEY KNUCKLEHEADS! wake and answer the phones and stop leaving the wrong number to call back on my phone, Oh wait you might wanna bring that outdated automated system up to speed, that is the 800 #. it is about as bright as a blown out candle. that phone number I put there, above you really should take a close look at it and even try dialing it.
The neighborhood mail boxes were broken into for the second time within two weeks. I tried to contact my local post office, but after 25 rings I gave up and went to the location. I talked to a supervisor who stated that he would report the incident to the Postal Inspector, but they would only hold the mail until the box was repaired. I asked if they would notify the those effected by the theft that they should check for identity theft and he said they did not do that, why not.
I am totally dissatisfied with the post officer.
