Mysteriously my address was removed for prime delivery by the contracted USPS delivery people. Working on accommodating their shortcomings for more than a year with delivery services and sites. These people are useless. I know they have been moved around the county as they have wore out their welcome. Today I had to leave a sick loved one to pick up a package they should have delivered. AMAZON contracts USPS for delivery in my area. USPS should be able to handle deliveries and not expect the customer to pick up the slack for them. Every customer that has to pick up their packages at the post office should be getting paid for picking up their packages what AMAZON is paying USPS for delivering their packages.

For the 4th or 5th time, I have received the following notice on a Sunday: "Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible. Oakland, CA US" This is an outright LIE. Our driveway IS COMPLETELY ACCESSIBLE, AND I WAS HOME. Neither my driveway alarm nor my dogs alerted me to an attempted delivery. That means that your driver simply lied and did not even attempt to deliver. A Sunday driver told me a while back that Jackson postal drivers HATE having to deliver up here to Amador Pines because they don't know the roads. For God's SAKE - hire people who DO know the route, TRAIN THEM on the route, or don't pretend to do Sunday deliveries. And for sure, DON'T LIE ABOUT IT! If your drivers are unable to do the job, please transfer the Sunday deliveries to another post office who CAN do the job. Thank you.

I live in Pioneer, and during the weekends and on holidays, Jackson mail carriers deliver our packages. Last weekend our package was not delivered because "our driveway was inaccessible" which was absolutely not the case as we were home. We had been waiting for this package all day, so to say the least I was not happy. Yesterday our package was left on top of the bank of mailboxes at the top of our road for anyone to just take. I have called the Jackson PO to try and speak to someone but no one answers the phone. This is unacceptable.

I have attempted to call the Jackson CA post office three times . On hold for five minutes and then hung up on. I had placed a hold on my mail (handed the card to the clerk) for the past month only to find that my mail had continued and my neighbors mail was stopped and put in my box along with my mail. I ask to file a formal complaint with the USPS. John was our postman for years - no problem. Bill was good. I have spoken to the current carriers regarding my mail going to neighbors and my neighbors mail being placed in my mail box. I have been told that the current carriers just do not care and there are no avenues for their dismissal. Please provide me with tools to file a formal complaint

We received an email stating that carrier could not access front door. We live in a large mobile home park. What? Of course they can walk up to our door!

We constantly receive other people's mail - we return it to the outgoing mail slot but wonder if we are missing our own mail! No one answers the phone at the Jackson Post Office!?

My address is 235 Hill St in Jackson CA. I have a complaint with mail delivery person. He drops my boxes off on my front stairs instead of on my deck. It happened today March 30th and a time before when it was raining. He can easily set in on my deck under cover and out of sight. Not happy, please correct.

I have STOPPED trusting the postal service years ago, but NOW!! I really do not trust people that deliver my mail. My W-2's always get to me before the END of January! I have NEVER received it!! Now I'm waiting for a 2nd one to be mail, and not to sure I'll get that one either. Who's going to be responsible if my identity is stolen? My employer or the postal service? It's not like I can get anther S.S. number like I can with a credit card that got lost!!! Thanks postal delivery guy for NOT being carful with other peoples mail!!!!

Our mail I'd constantly being delivered to the wrong address and also we receive other people's mail. Also our carrier will sometimes not deliver the mail and then say she was blocked from getting to the mallbox but we always leave her plenty of room to get to the box. So I end up having to go down to the office to pick it up. There is plenty of room but she always does that. It's a real bother.

Frustrated in just trying to call JACKSON post office. No one answered the phone and no way to leave a message as the voice mail box is full. Just needed to know the hours for this holiday weekend (Saturday,January 2nd). They seem to change their hours at times,so I'm not sure the hours posted here are correct.
