Made 1 phone call to find out about PO Box prices and was floored with the rude attitude and lack of professionalism by a woman named Gina .. Absolutely disgraceful service. Made me ALMOST want to go in to say my peace with her but if that’s the way Pine Grove residents are treated I’ll go to another branch for my business. Makes you wonder about the management there , when I only read 2 reviews and Gina was mentioned as a rude obnoxious person by another party who dealt with her .. just plain sad

Josh our mail carrier is the best ever! I have never had a complaint about him. However, we have not been receiving our mail, other than an occasional package for several days now and although I have reported the pieces missing (by email) we still have not received the mail, nor have we received any explanation. Mail pieces include bills, correspondence from Social Security and several others. Please remedy and advise.

I've had 3 problems with Gina a postal clerk at Pine Grove in the past 30 days! She's a lazy obnoxious representative, prior to her, Curtis was great!
