I think it is really funny, when the day before you delivered a package to my mailbox and stuffed it in there to fit, but the next day, when delivering a package (which happens to be the same thing delivered the day before just in a different color) you could not deliver it. Apparently my front door and driveway was not accessible, but my son was able to take the trash out to the garbage can, at the curb, at the same time you said it was not accessible for a delivery and my 24 hour cameras never caught any postal vehicles going up or down my street at all yesterday. Seriously thinking someone didn’t actually do their job yesterday they were paid to do. I will gladly share video of No USPS vehicles anywhere on my street or stopping at mail boxes yesterday.
The short, old (probably close to her seventies), blond hair, customer service rep behind the counter is an incredibly rude, racist person. I was just simply dropping off a small package that was already labeled, and I didn't need any service but yet she was reluctant to take it. Instead, she rudely grabbed it from me, and then tossed it on the counter. And as I was walking out, she was already speaking ill of me to a customer. Very unprofessional and rude! As a postal worker, you must act and behave professionally, and never speak ill of anyone to any customers!!! I will pray for your heart to open lovingly, and I will pray for your soul to be pleasant, nice, and friendly to all despite their color!
A WARNING TO ALL: I JUST WANTED MY MAIL AND TO MAIL A LETTER!
Since nobody answers the telephone I will write this message:
Today, September 22, 2021, I had the unfortunate experience of meeting a relatively new employee at the SC Post Office. Initially, all was well, but the woman wanted exact change for a stamp. I did not have exact change, but I did have one dollar. The woman gave me my change and went into a diatribe about how the Bank has no change and how she was asking customer's to bring her change etc. etc. Initially I was going to help her out as I have tons of change at my home.
I replied to what the woman was telling me by asking, "What is going on in this Country?" Banks with no change... She replied, "No, it's not that." I replied, "ever since Joe Biden has taken Office this Country has devolved..."
BIG MISTAKE!
The woman started espousing her views about the southern border CRISIS and how she does not agree or believe with my views. That is fine. I finally asked if she had children and she replied, "Ya." I commented, "I hope they can find a job when the time comes. She sarcastically replied, "They are going to college!" This woman was a bit beyond assertive and I have dealt with these types for decades.
I just want the US Post Office in SC to know that I went to get my mail and a stamp, not a lecture by some liberal minded woman....with an apparent agenda.
I also want the SC Post Office to know I will be taking my business elsewhere. Why? Because the woman with red hair cannot seem to contain her political views, be what they may. Hopefully, she does not take this any further and crush my mail, as she now knows my PO Box number.
I will make sure my intended recipient of the letter I sent today receives it, as I do not trust people who act like her.
If SC Post Office gets this message, I would like to know when my PO Box expires...since nobody answers the telephone.
The hours for the po box lobby are posted on the federal website as 5am -10pm Mon-Sun. I have gone to get my P.O. Box mail 6 times around 4:30/5:00 pm and the door is locked!
I have long work hours and that is the only time I can check my mail.
Ho w am I supposed to collect my mail when they don’t adhere to the posted times!!!
On your web page it says the SUTTER Creek. CA post office Lobby to pickup mail is open on Saturdays from 5am to 10pm. This not the case! Due to vandalism the hours are 5am to 10am. When I tried to explain this the postal worker said, we have a sign on the door stating the new hours! She Was emphatic about not listening to me, so I just hung up on her. The sign is fine and if you live near the Post Office but not for people that live up to 10-12 miles away and make a special trip to get their mail.
