They answered their phone, were polite and helpful with information today. I did get some packages delivered right to my doorstep. Am having difficulties but I hope they will be able to iron out the difficulties as soon as possible.
I sent my husband a Priority Mail package at our new address in Ione and the carrier or post office arbitrarily decided to return the VERY URGENT package to me. Somebody imagined that a "forwardin expired". There never was a forwarding order for my husband. We are new residents.

Our letter carrier today put our mail underneath a package on a chair on our front porch the package was light and the mail included retirement information for us the mail is supposed to go in the mailbox. He did this a couple weeks ago it was very windy and our mail was scattered all over the grass we live on an acre so we had to walk everywhere to find our mail. Why can't he put the mail in the mailbox it's on the street in front of God and everybody if he has to deliver the package separately too bad that's his job I don't know his name or who he is I just know he's African-American and is not very professional. I want a manager to speak to him so he does not do this again. Packages go on the porch mail goes in the Box. It's really simple even I can remember it. My father was a postman for 30 years and this guy is a disgrace
