Your office has treated me like I wasn't even a human being. I have contacted them numerous times, and each time I was told that they would look into my issue and call me back...just enough lie to get me off the phone and hopefully out of their hair forever. They're hoping that I just give up even though I have never yelled, or made them feel the way they make me feel. I spoke to everyone as I would want to be spoken to because I know how hard the post office works and how difficult the pandemic has made everything, ESPECIALLY for you guys, and they don't need another irate person giving them attitude...but I guess that's the only sort of person they respect. My pleas for answers have been discarded just like my package was. I have been told by both "Karen" AND Supervisor "Gary" that they would help me understand what happened to a package that should have been outside at the same time that I was given notice that it had been delivered: 8:16pm on 5/3/2021. I came out...and looked around the entire property. Gary even told me that it looked like it was not pinged in the right location...and "that he or Karen would look into this." I even physically went on 5/4, the day after the alleged delivery to ask what happened and NO ONE WANTED TO HELP ME. I was told to speak to a supervisor "Christian" on that day but that person never returned to the office even after I called back after 3 and then 5. The person I spoke to on the phone was "Karen". Why would your office treat me no better than trash? Why am I not allowed to inquire about what happened when your carrier who was not my regular carrier, did an "overtime" run and "delivered" my package. I put in two different claims and your people closed both and said they were resolved which is a bold faced lie and asked BOTH TIMES VIA SURVEY HOW YOU DID...Who did you resolve it for and who did you contact with this information? I wonder if you hoped I wouldn't see the surveys as they came in... hoping I would just give up and realize I wasn't worth your time. I'm not not even respected enough to receive an email other than a survey.
Has anyone actually gone to this postal carrier annex at 4201 W Imperial Hwy, Inglewood, CA 90304 and asked them to help you in person? They are supposedly open from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm M - F. If any of you have physically gone to this place and asked them to help find your package, please advise what happened. Thanks.
Is this the place that holds packages that come from China. I was told by the company I ordered from that my package cleared customs on June17 I would like a tracking number. How long does it take for my package to get to the East Coast Thank you Terrilynn M.Luzzi
After reading all these reviews I probably won't accomplish anything in writing this but here goes...my pkg has been in Inglewood since 6:31 a,m. on May 10th. Cannot find anything out about it. I wonder if there really is a legitimate "partner" picking up these pkgs. This doesn't make any sense; looks like the Postal Service who is supposed to receive the pkgs, would get things rolling. Ordered items at the end of March from a online company. I have been tracking my package weekly. On May 19th 2020 my package was picked up by USPS from the zip code of 90304
The package has been sitting there this entire time.

Ordered a package from a online company on April 25th, was told it was in transit and at your location on May 19th. It is now f***ing June 3rd and I have not received my package or this postal company answering any f***ing phone calls I’ve made. This location is supposed to be Inglewood, CA 90304.
At this point I don’t even believe anyone works there or cares for people’s business. I want answers on where my items are and if I don’t receive them I’m going after the online company and this postal location.
