I am a resident in Carlton Square. I found mail, some of which was mind, on the ground and it was wet. This happened Sat. 2/15/20 after 7:00PM. I had previously placed my mail in the out slot to be picked up by mail carrier, but it was not picked up instead it was found on the ground along with other mail. Pleae address this issue. Thank you
