The worst. They people here are so unprofessional. They were using the f bomb and lazy as hell doing their job. Avoid this place. Go to El Segundo or the nice local small business who handle postal in the area. They are just Rude and Management need to get a hold of this…
The building is filthy!! When I walked in it smelled of feces. Every surface with dirty. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Disgusting and very disrespectful to the residents of this city.

Horrible!!! It took me months to schedule an appointment for a passport, it almost always shows no appointments available. Finally in july, I fount an opening for august 25....today. I got my confirmation number and was ready to go however, this morning I received a call that the employee did not show up and was told to wait until I get a call back from that employee when they come back in to work. I'm not holding my breath for a call back.
This is one of the worst locations, they never answer the call and when you go to the post office for mail box service on property they ask to call a number. This is worse than DMV. No wonder UPS and FedEx are preferred over the POS USPS service.
This location is HORRIBLE, SUBPAR!!!!! We made a passport renewal appointment online and was verified by a USPS rep. We literally were yelled at by whoever she was that they weren’t taking our appointment. They didn’t even want my family to go near the window. I took time off from work, dragged my family to this horribly run facility to very unprofessional employee who chose to yell at us for showing up. In the parking lot, we called USPS and the rep was confused as to why this location wouldn’t accept our appointment we booked over a month ago.
why would you go to this post office? I am finding alternatives to avoid at all costs... The brick and mortar works are all bonded together and look out for themselves. The games played is revolting. This "office" has serious problems.... read the published audits. I am contemplating contacting the union to see if the union can remind the brick and mortar workers that they are in a customer service business

My mailman retired 2 years ago, his name was Barry he was wonderful. Since then I've had nothing but other people's mail that don't belong to me my mail delivered to other places delivering at 7 at night, what has happened to the quality of the u.s. United States mail service? If we need up the rate to get better service I'm all for it we deserve better service! What happened to respecting your job and quality of service!

The delivery of mail and packages have been horrifying for the past couple of months. We are getting mail 3-4 days a week. The mail is just smashed into the mail box or is delivered to the wrong address. The title of my vehicle was delivered to the apartment complex across the street. The man who received the tittle was kind enough to hand deliver the tittle to me. The mail man has been leaving my packages outside and on top of the mail boxes. We are an apartment complex of 4 units. The previous mailman would place packages that did not fit into the mail box on my door stair. Two Macys packages were found between dirt and plants of apartment A. It looks like the packages fell since the delivery person left the packages on top of the four small mail boxes. I am just happy they were not stolen, as the mail boxes are outside.
I put Thanksgiving cards and business mail in my door for pickup on 11/21/2020 and they are still there. Have not received any kind of mail all week. No mail truck on my street either. What is going on
We haven’t received any mail for almost a week now in our apartment complex. What’s going on? If you’re under staff then start hiring more people. Instead of you guys overworking your staff and paying them overtime hire more people. I see mailman in our block sometimes delivering mail and it’s 10 pm. Some people are waiting on important mails. I feel these federal facilities in southern CA steal stuff from people. They need to look at their staff. I have had more than 10 packages get stolen and disappear when ANY of the post offices my packages are at are in Hawthorne CA.

My mail app shows I have mail to be delivered TODAY. I have an outbound letter waiting to go out TODAY. My mailbox is empty. My letter is still waiting; it's 5:30pm. This happens ALL THE TIME. There is no consistency. Why bother having an app telling you what/when you have mail arriving if they can't adhere to it? And the Click and Ship app is a total joke! EVERY SINGLE TIME I use it, it takes my money and won't print the label. I have to request a refund and wait 21 DAYS to get my money back. How am I supposed to run a small home business with this kind of incompetency?
Incompetent Service Providers: I have been using this post office since 1996. I have has incidents before. In 2019, I have had three incidents concerning credit card mail. Envelopes are always torn on one end peeled by or appear to be resealed on the other end. One time I spoke with the Manager, a black lady, and she asked me how do I know it was done at this post office. Today, a Latino lady, told me sometimes the mail come in and envelopes are not sealed.

The worker who has the 3300 block of 135th st. Carries on mor personal conversations with people living on her route than she puts in time doing her job! Today, it is now 5:30pm an nobody on the north side of 135th has still not received any mail. In fact today, she spent over 4 hours on cerise doing who knows what! Can't imagine that there could be over 4 hours worth of mail delivery on one particular 4 or 5 block stretch of mail boxes. Please square her away. Thanks
