The post office staff is great. They’re very kind and helpful. Very friendly. I love the staff when I go in but who is doing the deliveries to the home addresses? I recently moved from East County and in 20 years I may have had 1 or 3 letters placed in my mailbox that were not mine. Now I can count on every other day getting someone else’s mail in my mailbox or either getting calls from my neighbors saying they have my mail. What is going on with the delivery person?

I'm Not real happy that my out going mail that I put in mail box Thursday night at 11pm, Was NOT PICKED UP & was still here Friday! Sometimes I don't think the mail person even looks inside mail box before stacking all the new mail right on top! This is "NOT" the 1st time this had happened. And being since I had my social security card stolen & all my money withdrawn..I REALLY NEEDED that out going mail to my picked up...it was all the filled out investigation papers, so maybe I could get an new card, and some money for food. I'm completely out And NOW...Plus it's a holiday weeekend & NOW what should have mailed out Friday (that's WHY I ended up taking it to mailbox at 11:00pm...SO it would be picked up Friday!! Now most likely it won't get picked up till 5:00 on Tuesday...And that's just wrong! IS THERE ANY REASON WHY HE JUST LEFT IT IN MY MAILBOX? Pleeeze instruct all your workers to LOOK INSIDE MAILBOX FIRST and get "OUT GOING" mail "BEFORE" placing new mail inside. Thank you. And like I said this is NOT the first time this has happened but it is the first time my card was stolen & I'm out of money, food & luck And sure wish those filled out investigation papers were on their way instead of still sitting in my mailbox!🤗 anyhow thx again

This post office has the laziest mailmen. I live in a gated community where I’ve seen them come through the gate MULTIPLE TIMES for drop offs, but when I order a package, there’s always an issue and the call line ALWAYS goes to dial tone! After this package, if it ever comes, I’m DONE with this location. It’s surprising they even run with their terrible service

Escondido Post Office lost my package. The tracking number was 9400111899223687855543. The tracking says this package was picked up on May 4, 2022 at 6:03 PM at Post Office. Of course this package was not pickup up for 2 reasons; after hours and I was not there to pick up any package. I was told that the package would be delivered at a later date which has not happened.

I live at 660 N. QUINCE ST. Apt. D11. I have had our names (the current residents) inside the door of our mailbox, the entire time we've lived here. Since 06/08/2019, and the mail carriers have been told frequently that those two names are the only residents. Yet, the carriers consistently put former residents' mail in our box. The only two names receiving mail at this address are "Okash" and "Burks". Please instruct the carriers to pay attention to what they are doing.

I have been attempting to contact your office for 2 days at the number you have listed on your website, 760-735-9507, and it just rings and eventually hangs up? Question: My mail is currently on hold, yet the tracking of USPS package 9405511899223902005756 says it has been left on my doorstep? Would you please confirm that you are currently holding package 9405511899223902005756 until I retrieve it?

I have been trying to reach the post office on west mission ave escondido ca. 92026 to report problems with our mail carrier. today is the second time the mail boxes have been left open . Carrier does bloke this route, She is afraid of animals . I spoke to her the other day and she said she does not even look at the names on the mail if no unit # she just sends it back. Residents are not getting some their mail. Carrier stated that she does not this job ( route) as fast as she can so she can get out of here 140 E. EL Norte Parkway. Skylark terrace We have been very careful not to let any animals around her when she is here. But again this is the second time she left the boxes open for possible mail theft.

I sent a package that went to this zip code that online tracking stopped tracking. Using the automated system to find anything out is completely worthless. I was lucky enough when I called this office you could actually talk to a human being, the gentleman I talked to located the package and gave me instructions to call the business I was shipping it to for repair, and have them pick it up, which they did. If this gentleman did not pick up the phone this package could have been stuck there indefinitely only using a computerized answering machine. You must have access to talk to humans.

This is my second complaint regarding stolen mail. I am so disgusted by the neverending theft at the Escondido, CA post office. Two years in a row, my vehicle registration stickers were stolen. Now a thick envelope that fortunately did not contain a gift, but more important, a wedding announcement, pictures of the bride and groom, etc. This location must be monitored and the corrupt employee (s) terminated. The theft continues there. I am fedup wondering if I will receive my mail because YOU cannot do something about the crimes being committed at the post office.
