Office does not answer the phone very often. Our carrier retired over 1/2 year ago. Since then our delivered mail volume is much less. The mail comes at irregular times. Sometimes as late as past 6 PM. I had a 8 day mail hold and on the day the order said mail delivery was to resume (on the 1st day after the hold), it did not. The held mail was to be delivered as well and it wasn't delivered. Maybe the ESL mail carrier needs some help.

Postal carrier left the mailbox in the C Building (8apartments) wide open. Someone needs to come out to lock the box.
