This is the second time my packages are not being delivered by a carrier. I have tried calling Supervisor Nick to file a complaint again the phone just rings and on one ever picks up. I have to report the issue again the carrier chose out of laziness to not deliver my package in 92127 yesterday February 2 2024. This must stop and is very frustrating and unacceptable for me and the merchants.

I called because our apartment complex has contacted the annex multiple times about our mailbox being fixed and ready for a new lock. We haven't had service for a month. They kept repeating the same line over and over about procedure and I asked them to look into specific details about this specific instance. They kept complaining they just got back from vacation, yelled at me for 4 minutes straight without allowing me to respond, then hung up on me. Incredibly unprofessional. And the box still isn't fixed. I have to take off work to pick up may mail. It's ridiculous. Apparently it's neither tain nor sleet nor snow unless we don't feel like it.

I ordered stamps on line on May 22, 2020, (USPS.com) Got an email verification for the order. As of today I have not received my stamps, and I need them, as I am totally isolated due to the Covid-19, and am one of the vulnerable ones due to my age (81). I am unable to locate a customer service on line for help with this matter. What can I do, I am unable to mail bills, checks, letters to family. I do not have a tracking number to locate my order. I ordered 2 sets of stamps.
