How difficult is it to put the correct package box key into a community mailbox? I went to pick up a delivered package today and the key that was left in my mailbox was for my neighbor's packages. Now I have no idea where my package is at. Did someone else pick it up and keep it? Did they notice that the package wasn't theirs and leave it in the now-unlocked package box? Ever since the USPS started using these community boxes in our neighborhood it's been nothing but problems.

$100.00 package was delivered at 6:30 pm (dark) and found left between mailboxes. Package was very obvious due to it's size, our neighbor brought it to us out of cocern, this was very unprofessional. This package needed to be delivered 150' away to our front door. I will no longer use USPS for future orders, this isn't the first time we have had this problem, thank you.
