I was shocked at how inappropriate the worker’s behavior was. As she opened the door to the office she announced she would not take walk-in even if the appointments for passports didn’t show up. She proceeded to take one appointment at 10:30 and one at 10:45 after which she again very nasty. Instead of taking a walk-in she took a personal break. When she came back from her break she yelled again to inform everyone she will not take walk in no matter what until after 5:30 because they were short of staff and she was not going to do it...

Big issue with this postal station!! It is posted that the postal station is closed due to "technical" issues. However, the doors are unlocked and can be opened. Yesterday, I was up there trying to mail some bills and there were a couple of other people there as well. The person in front of me literally could not fit her mail into the mail slots because, apparently, the mail had not been picked up in quite some time and the box was stuffed so full of mail that it was literally coming out of the slot, You could reach in and grab mail out of the box. This is concerning on many levels. People are mailing ballots, bills, etc. and anyone could steal them right out of the box. Additionally, there are two homeless gentleman that are there in front of the post office most of the time. The whole situation is unsafe.
