How can you guys forward an advertisement from Elk Grove Toyota but for whatever reason you won’t forward a package (accidentally sent) to my former address??

During the past few weeks, I have been receiving other neighbors mail in my box. This has occurred at least three times. I have returned the mail in the inbox of the mail receptacle or have delivered them to the neighbors.
Very disappointed in USPS. I had a package that they insist was delivered to my mail box. But no package. Either they delivered it to the wrong address, or the carrier has themselves a nice new holster. No recourse from them. Definitely ship with UPS or FedEx if you have the choice.
I have been trying to call the Elk Grove Post Office for the past few days regarding the school mail not being delivered. All I get is ringing and then hangs up on me. No live person comes on. Very frustrating.
My mail carrier keeps packing my packages in my mail box instead of leaving them on my front porch. I had a package yesterday that was stuck and when trying to get the package out I cut my hand open on the mail box. I can see why they want to get rid of usps what horrible service I’ve been getting. I liked my old mail guy Keith but he retired. The new mail carrier sucks. Post office never answers their phone. Keeps ringing then hangs up on you. When I order things I try to order with UPS or FedEx or DHL I always ask the shipper because with USPS they suck anymore...

Postmaster Skidmore, I would like to send a big thank you to one of your employees, may wong. Recently my medication from the V.A. Was lost in the mail, when I talked to May about them and took the info and started searching for them. this was on Friday the 24 of November, she called me on Friday night and on Saturday afternoon to tell me she did not find them, on Monday morning I got a call from May telling me my medication was in the post office, she went one step further by offering to put the meds at will call for me to pickup. Half of what May did was above and beyond what she need to do. So from one retired veteran i would like to send my deep thank you to May Want and you.
