Why am I not receiving any response from the postal service about not delivering my mail to me? Why is your postman deciding what he/she will deliver or what they send back to as non deliverable. I firmly believe that the mailman is doing this on purpose to inconvenience me. As crazy as it may sound I know my postal mail person on an individual basis. It is not too far off the realm of believing that there are postal workers that do this kind of stuff. I am proof of it. I am asking you to please deal with the mail person for my address and speak with them. They have no good reason as to why they keep having my mail sent back.

I am not receiving any of my mail at my home address which I have been using the same address for 6 yrs. The DMV has sent me my renewal drivers license 4 times and each time the mailman is having it returned marked undeliverable. That is not true and there Should not be any reason whatsoever that I am not getting my mail at my home address. Every time I call the Bostonian post office it just rings and rings and nobody even answers my call so that I can speak to somebody about this issue. What more do I need to do so that I can get my mail delivered to my home address? Somebody needs to have this figured out immediately.

I have been trying to get in touch with the postmaster at the Bostonia branch, they dont even answer the phone anymore! I am so tired of them delivering my mail to the wrong address. Instead of delivering to Naranca Ave they deliver our mail at Marlene! This is not the first time this mistake has happened and various other letters and packages have been delivered to my address and were actually other people's mail. In previous mistaken deliveries, I had returned incorrectly delivered mail back to the post office and have had my incorrectly mailed packages returned back to me as well. today the neighbor was nice enough to deliver it to my home! I've also noticed that they are running our mail through some kind of machines roller which delivers our mail torn and wrinkled! The mail system and was one of the government agencies we could count on, now we only have the library system left!

I recently ordered something from Amazon via 2-day shipping but my package was incorrectly delivered. The tracking information online stated that it had been delivered, but upon further inquiry with a Bostonia El Cajon post office supervisor - Amber, the package had actually been delivered to the wrong address. This is not the first time this mistake has happened and various other letters and packages have been delivered to my address and were actually other people's mail. In previous mistaken deliveries, I had returned incorrectly delivered mail back to the post office and have had my incorrectly mailed packages returned back to me as well. However, this time it looks as if mail theft had occurred with my incorrectly delivered package - which was fairly expensive. They simply did not return the package - which seems to be out of the opportunity that the USPS gave them. This is all due to the carriers' lack of attention to detail in recognizing the correct mailing address and their supervisors' lack of training instructions to do so. Please address these issues with the carriers and supervisors, as I will no longer trust the USPS with more important mail.

The Postal Service SURE ain't as Reliable as they used to be,  I put a package out in my mail box this morning only to find out the Carrier put it in my next door neighbors mailbox right after they took it out of mine. I don't care if it was a substitute mail carrier!  Their SUPPOSE to do their job RIGHT!!!
