Our mail man doesn’t close our mailboxes he has left them partly open someone can break into the boxes. They are lock but open you can put something in there and break into the mailboxes. The mailman need to pay attention to what they are doing.

I just found out that the mailboxes aren’t closed they are locked but it was not done correctly and anyone can take the mail out. The mailman need to pay attention to what they are doing and check if they locked it correctly because everyone mail can be taken out of the boxes. There are 16 units here. I hope no one takes anyone’s mail today.

Same here, saw the mail truck but for two days now no mail at had been delivered. Also I am waiting for my package to be delivered. I was tracking it and they said they tried to deliver it and no one was home which is not true because my kids and I had been home all day! Find it kind of strange.

Anyone know why the mail truck would be sitting on Rios canyon road on a Sunday at 8:30 am on father's day? Not delivering mail... Just sitting....

I’ve been trying to contact this branch for 2 days and can’t seem to get through. Which also means terrible customer service. My package is basically lost and it was last noted with this post office.

I was recently standing in a long line of mostly impatient, rude and multi ethnic people in the El Cajon office. It seems that our nation is not "assimilating" very well anymore and one wonders when the lifeboat will sink. It was very refreshing to observe Veronica efficiently, tirelessly and graciously handling the grumpy and confused crowd. Give her a raise. But then, people like her use their God given talents regardless of the pay. At least she deserves a little praise.

My package was tossed onto a shelf or conveyor belt, was almost falling off - but the employee went on to the next customer without correcting this and now my package is lost. I also could not understand the employee's english.
