The clerk Adriana is was beyond rude. Long story short she helped the party behind me I told her I was next she simply said “you could reschedule your appointment if you like”and shrugged her shoulders. When I was helped I did tell the clerk the situation Adriana overheard and yelled across the room “I’m sorry there I said it” extremely unethical. I’m so disappointed with Adrianas attitude and service!

Victor De Alba Has anyone had an issue with person on charge of passports ?, I just had a bad experience with her, after getting an application and getting a list of documents needed, I proceeded on setting up an apportionment for next day, after arrival (10 mins prior as requested) she told us to wait till she is finished up with people waiting on line so she can help. when time came to review documentation required she asked for birth certificate and was told the list given yesterday clearly said to choose one from either old passport, naturalization certificate or birth certificate and i had only brought in old passport along with DL. I told her if really necessary it will take me 5 mins to get it since i live on a short distance. With a rude attitude she said I am very busy and you need to reschedule an appointment to have a nice day, such attitude makes me wonder if I ever want to come back to this postal office again. Anyone have a problem with their W2 being opened upon delivery?? I have a locked mailbox. I believe the post office is supposed to document damaged mail (place in plastic bag, etc.). This was simply opened with all my personal info exposed. I suspect a mail delivery person. Would like to know if anyone else had this???
