My Route delivery man (NOT my usual postal worker) has NOT picked my mail up either Mon or Tues. As I am house bound, I like it to be picked up and have never had a problem before. Is Arie away?.

I need to find out if mail (with an important check inside) has been returned to me to the Danville Post Office. I had my return address on the envelope. Jean Crane, 1241 Robyn Drive, Danville, CA 94526

I keep getting mail from previous tenants. Some of it looks important how do I get this to stop? I can not get a real person on the phone and the mail box is locked so can't leave with a note for carrier. I dod nt hear an option on your automated system to address this. Thanks

I submit application via web site to hold mail while my vacation and I got the confirmation email. After vacation I haven't get any old mail. I asked to Danville post office but they said, they didn't hold my mail. They keep delivered mail for 2 weeks. Looks like somebody took all my mail and my account is fraud. I complained to them, I got the confirmation email, They said internet application doesn't work sometimes. I have no idea what I have to do ??? If internet application doesn't work DO NO SERVICE from the web site. Also at least once a week, I got wrong mail which means my mail also high chance deliver to wrong address.

We didn't receive any mail on August11, 2017. What's going on? We usually get our mail in the morning but, when our regular guy is off it will come late, very late, as late as 7pm. This is the first time that they missed us entirely. It seems like a call for new management.

How the USPS remains in business is bewildering to me. They have the surliest employees and the worst service. I called the Danville office to ask if there had been any reports of a mail box break in in my area. I told them I hadn't checked my mail for a week, and it is highly unusual for there not to be one piece of mail in there - including circulars. I was then lectured on how I should check my mail more often, to call the Postal Inspectors and mail theft is rampant. Sigh...

I know that I'm not the only one who thinks this, but the Danville Post Office on Camino Tassajara Road is a disgrace to our neighborhood. I can't help but notice the weeds and trash all about on the outside grounds. There's many times I want to sneak over there late in the evenings and pull all the weeds but my luck I'll get caught and get into trouble for trespassing on government property. I thinking of filing a complaint with the town of Danville. How many agree with me. Sheri from Danville
