This is the most incompetent Post Office I’ve ever seen! We had our mail forwarded last May due to medical situation and having to relocate for a few months. The mail was to resume delivery to our local home in January. Went in to Alamo to see why that wasn’t happening and they checked with the route person who wasn’t aware it was to start again. Here we are in April and it still isn’t being delivered to our home. We’ve been in several times and they say to check online. Today I went in and was told the route driver thought our house was vacant and they thought we were on vacation!! Ridiculous! We filled out the form, mailed it in, as it said online, sounds simple enough!

The office offered me a wrong information concerning walk-in passport service schedule for San Ramon and Danville post offices! I went to the post office at morning 6:00 in 12935 Alcosta Blvd, San Ramon, CA 94583 for passport application, the staff in charge of the passport told me no any walk-in passports schedule or service available and same thing happened in Danville CA too! I have the evidence of the photo taken from them. I don’t know why they offer us wrong information and how the officers did work ?

This post office defines incompetence from the clerks to the manager. Worse, however, is that several clerks don't wear their masks. Today the clerk was eating food while serving customers, last week another clerk wore his around his neck (again, while serving customers). I suggest all patrons either use the Danville or main Walnut Creek post offices. The Alamo post office is a potential COVID-19 hot zone.

The staff at Alamo Post Office is stellar! One fellow brightens the day when I walk in! And figures a way to help me. And the person who answers the telephone is helpful and pleasant. Woo Hoo! What a great bunch!

Mail carrier shows up to deliver my mail ends up pushing my trash cans with his truck, instead of getting out to put my mail in the box, and he leaves it wide open instead of closing it... i think this is incredibly rude and disrespectful of him. And a formal complaint needs to be filed against him..... Alamo ca

I received a voice mail from this post office and called them back several times and nobody has ever picked up. There is not even a answering machine, where I can leave a message. I do not like USPS and have had nothing but bad experiences.
