Got "no access to delivery location" for my small package today when all my mail has a community lockbox in front next to the street. Got my regular mail from Dublin USPS just fine but San Ramon apparently doesn't have access to it or they didn't want to deliver it??

The USPS tracking number shows as delivered on January 21,2022 at 10:36 am to my mailbox and when I checked the mail it does not have the package inside it. Did my mail get delivered to another mailbox?

I have the same exact situation. I went to San Ramon, spoke with the supervisor and they looked at me as if i made it up. The Supervisor sided with the mailman that it was delivered when it wasn't. They didn't offer any help nor resolution.

Hello @Mariah McRae, Supervisor Customer Services San Ramon Delivery Unit Service - USPS Service Request #30895371 Resolved ?? Most of my mails and packages are getting delivered to someone else's Mailbox. Sometimes they are kind enough to return ... most of the time it is lost. Also, I get lots of other people's mail at my Mailbox. Can you ensure the Mail delivery personnel have some accountability on the deliveries? Scanned as delivered does not mean anything until it is received by the recipient. Very bad service from USPS, I have informed my senders not to use USPS anymore. As there is no accountability of their services.

Hello Mariah McRae, Supervisor Customer Services San Ramon Delivery Unit Service Request #22126621 My package was not stolen, I am sure the postman put my package in the wrong mail box, a couple of days ago I found mail from another apartment in my mailbox and I had to deliver it to the correct apartment.

My weekly magazines are not being delivered in a timely manner. Do you hold them back because of the magazine postal rates? 12/31/2020.

Why are your counter representatives assisting customers, not wearing face masks at the Alcosta location?

One of the mail kiosks in Echo Ridge has a sign up to GET MAIL FROM POST OFFICE. Either they lost the key to provide us with mail or the key is broken. This sign has been up for over a week. We need to get mail and either the key is lost or the key broke. Whatever the reason, we need to have mail delivered. My address is 209 Majorca Drive, San Ramon, CA 94582. The wait at the post office was more than an hour for me yesterday. Please confirm that this will be taken care of. Thank you.

Do not appreciate a postal employee placing a delivery package by my garage door instead of my front door, This occurred yesterday (5/20/2017-Saturday), The package was medicine bottles and I damn near crushed them while backing out of my garage!! I live on Galemeadow Circle in 94582. It was over 90 degrees so I surmise that it was easier to put the package by my garage instead of walking 15 feet to my front door!!

Robert is the best!! He was very helpful and friendly. He even got USPS coloring books for the kids to keep them busy while he helped parents with the applications. He was very thorough and detail oriented. Process took slightly longer because of that. But I prefer that approach. I think it reduces the chance of applications not going through due to errors. To make an appointment, I called and left a voicemail. When they called back, I was able to setup a time. I recommend leaving your cell phone on voicemail and make sure that the phone is with you during working hours for the next day or two. They will call back. You want to make sure you answer the phone and not getting into playing voicemail tag.

Rampant socialist government at its worst.... the clowns at the San Ramon office need to either read the Yelp reviews for their branch and then learn to improve, or eat self-fed lead and do the whole town a favor.

Why doesnt (your supervisor ) fire your asses.. well he's just as bad.. You give a phone number, but, no one human EVER answers and your voice mail has been full the past 4 times I have called. Do you ever check the 5 mailboxes at your curb.. ? At times they are so full mail is spilling out of them . I will call the United States post office again and file another complaint. MB

Why don't you answer the phone during business hours? I've had no mail delivery for the last seven days!
