Very disappointing. I had requested Hold mail but the mail continued to be delivered. This iwas not a one time thing. It has happened on three different occasions. What's worse is that even after contacting them, it was not rectified.

I had put in a COA a week before I moved and I am still getting my mail delivered to my old address. Can somebody let the carrier know

There is either a new sorter or a new delivery person at this Chatsworth post office. I've been getting mail from lurline from other areas other streets in Chatsworth and have not received some of my bills. I get mail for my next door neighbor and she gets some for me. I got a late charge because I didn't receive the bill and this is very upsetting.

Whomever is responsible for opening the Lobby at 6:00 AM is consistently late. The outside mail box seems to be locked too. My job requires that I drop off the mail when your lobby or outdoor mail box is unlocked. That is not always the case at 6:00 AM
