Out of EIGHT envelopes delivered to the outside mailbox in this location on January 3rd, only TWO were delivered, and the rest are gone with the wind.
This location does not answer their phones.
The Winnetka Post Office has stopped delivering mail to homes on Oso Ave., which is a pretty major residential street between Roscoe & Parthenia. Of course there's no answer when I try to call the PO during business hours--looks like the carrier's hanging out at the playground, or off somewhere snorting lines instead. Much more fun!
I went to the Winnetka Post Office to return some thing I always go to this post office never today have I had bad customer service there was a new young girl that was sitting in the right cubicle and she was just had a bad attitude towards me I asked her for some tape because the box wasn’t taped really good because I didn’t have any tape and she’s like oh you can use the tape right there I took two pieces before she opened her door and walked out another one and grab the box off me and and taped it and said next time you need to purchase tape OK and then she just had an attitude and I just didn’t like it it’s bad customer service and I don’t need that and nobody else does either!!! She needs to be fired!!
Why post a phone number if you never answer? I just wanted to inform you that one of your alarms has been going off every night for the past 3 nights around 9:00 pm and remains extremely loud for the entire night. I'm not sure if it's coming from one of the parked trucks or if it is from the building itself. Why have an alarm if you don't intend on seeing why it goes off? All the neighbors are extremely upset that we have to endure this through the ENTIRE night. Please fix this ASAP!
My mail ebay purchases are being returned...why well I have no idea as I have lived here 20 years. Maybe my mailman is now at Canoga Park site and my mailed ebay items should be going there!
Also so the same name my husband has is also the name of another customer on the same street we have...now why is that???
Why does No One answer the phone? It is 4:45pm On Friday 27, 2017, My outgoing mail still in my mailbox, so either he didn't come yet or I didn't have any mail and he did not even bother to check for outgoing mail... It is so maddening when you cannot rely on was suppose to be a normal thing to do...
I agree. I have been calling non stop. It appears they do not pick up. Nor did the mailman leave a notice that my package was at the PO. UPS helped me with that one. Useless. No customer service at all.
This postal office will NOT pick up the phone and they did not scan my package. I have no idea where my package is and will have no idea when it will be delivered. Bad service all around.
