Why post a phone number if you never answer? I just wanted to inform you that one of your alarms has been going off every night for the past 3 nights around 9:00 pm and remains extremely loud for the entire night. I'm not sure if it's coming from one of the parked trucks or if it is from the building itself. Why have an alarm if you don't intend on seeing why it goes off? All the neighbors are extremely upset that we have to endure this through the ENTIRE night. Please fix this ASAP!

My mail ebay purchases are being returned...why well I have no idea as I have lived here 20 years. Maybe my mailman is now at Canoga Park site and my mailed ebay items should be going there! Also so the same name my husband has is also the name of another customer on the same street we have...now why is that???

Why does No One answer the phone? It is 4:45pm On Friday 27, 2017, My outgoing mail still in my mailbox, so either he didn't come yet or I didn't have any mail and he did not even bother to check for outgoing mail... It is so maddening when you cannot rely on was suppose to be a normal thing to do...

I agree. I have been calling non stop. It appears they do not pick up. Nor did the mailman leave a notice that my package was at the PO. UPS helped me with that one. Useless. No customer service at all.

This postal office will NOT pick up the phone and they did not scan my package. I have no idea where my package is and will have no idea when it will be delivered. Bad service all around.
