Please be forewarned that a person named Jonathan Perez Titcher and Jennifer Nicole Dorenkamp is now living in 21535 Roscoe Blvd. 220, Canoga Park, Ca 91304. They are illegally squatting in my apartment because I can't evict them. Jonathan Titcher is involved in Fraud and mailbox theft and is associated or involved in holding a mailman at gunpoint at De Valle, Woodland Hills. Please warn the mail man because Jonathan Titcher cannot change my mail box key and the management does not want them to use 220 mail box. They already sent their locksmith to tamper the mailbox. They are bound to tamper other mail box and their previous apartment at 22501 Del Valle , Woodland Hills apartment had firearm, drugs and multiple mail box keys and addresses in volts. Jonathan Titcher was just arrested Thursday night and released on bail and was observed by Verandas management attempting to tamper the mail Friday. I am unable to open the mailbox with a new key today at past 7:00 AM today. Please call me at 646-295-7080. I am the tenant /roommate at Verandas Canoga Park apartment 220.

How is it possible that we can get trash pickup without fail but regularly can't get mail when they are working on putting in New electrical poles. The trash trucks are much larger.

It’s honestly amazing how poorly the staff at this office performs their jobs! The mailboxes at my apartment are very small and in the past any package that I ordered would be brought to my door however the carriers have just not been doing that and not delivering my packages at all using the excuse that they can’t get into the building. I will send a redelivery request to my work and nothing happens. So now I have to take time out of my day to go do someone else’s job! I have called multiple time in regard to separate packages that this has involved and nothing! Stop being lazy and do your job properly what’s the issue?!

You’re absolutely right, a envelope with my Last paycheck since I got payed off because of this covid19 crap was sent to me, I was home sitting in the living room since 7:00am on the day that the post man was suppose to bring the envelope to my door for a signature, well he didn’t! He instead left a orange sticky pad in my mailbox saying we were not home? And there won’t be another delivery attempt and I have to go to the main post office Main office 8201 canoga ave. Wtf? I’m quarantining myself, and my family for safety, not going out unless I absolutely have to, and now because of this lazy individual ( I want to call him way more things than lazy but I am practicing keeping my cool ) decided he doesn’t want to walk to my front door. I’m going to fill out a grievance with the post office. I don’t get any major important mail anyway, since I do everything online and that’s because identity thief’s are always hitting / stealing people mail from their mailbox. So I can care less if he finds out who is complaining and revealing what he’s not suppose to be doing, or I should say should’ve done in my case and that’s DELIVERED MY PACKAGE TO MY DOOR TO GET A SIGNATURE!!!! trust me if I knew when he’d be here I would’ve walked out to meet him but he didn’t even honk or nothing. Freaking lazy a**!

Today I received mail from a completely different street and address. Last week someone in my building got all my mail. I live at 22038 Vanowen St. Today I got mail that was for someone on Glade st. We have had this problem in the past. Hopefully we can get this straightened out. Thank you

We continue to have consistent problems with mail delivery, as a key is required and Subs' do not remember on this route as it is the only locked box in the area. We again had our mail left on the porch. Several times in the rain our mail got wet. We need either a regular carrier or removal of this infernal box. Our mail carrier did not bother notifying us today that one letter was delivered open and just left it in our mail box. We live in a secluded gated community there are no sidewalks here and people are not just passing by and we pick up the mail moments after its delivered. It so happen that this was a Birthday Card with 2 gift cards that obviously were gone. So somewhere from when my Sister in Law dropped the envelope in mail box while in transit here someone opened the envelope and took the cards out, Since the letter was in USPS "trusted" hands all the time I cant help thinking that this may been an "inside job" - I have no proof but lets face it, anywhere along the way someone could have checked felt or even scanned it opened the glue flap carefully slide the cards out and put it back in pile, should be pretty easy if you know way around the postal office, worse could be "team work" Sincerely, LShemza West Hills, CA. P.S: No BD gift for me :(
