Several encounters with Shirley as she is rude and unprofessional. There is sometimes a line at the self check out and no one in line at the regular line so I decide to go in the regular line which is short and she always says you know you can use the self check out… I know I could but this line is shorter. (I get she doesn’t wanna do her job since self check out can do the same thing but I’m doing what’s more convenient for me) the rude and condescending tone is what off puts me the most Then when my wife accidentally shipped the wrong item and accidentally gave wrong information for which item she shipped to the employee that was helping her. I go back in and Shirley goes what can I do that your wife didn’t already do.. and you know you’re gonna have to pay $20. I said sure that’s fine. I said well she gave the wrong information so I’m here to correct it. She then proceeds to have me move from the front counter and leaves in the back instead of wait for me to give the right information . (Ended up leaving and letting poshmark return the item and not have to deal with the post office)

They don't answer the phone EVER. The phone rings and rings only to just stop and go to some other sound that lets you know that they are no going to be answering. Then, when you go in the employees in the back are standing around.

I received email from tracking stating package was 'delivered to individual'. This is a lie. I stayed home today to sign for the package.

I would like to konw what has happened to my large envelope I sent from your post office on the 14th of May. It still has not arrived its destination, Sent by registered, first class international. Registered No: RB901839250US. Please verify as I am frustrated with this service. I could have sent it by FDX or UPS if I knew this.

Castro Valley Post Office: I wanted to acknowledge the extra effort Emelda did with helping me find an undeliverable package, due to incorrect address, that had not been returned to me..... I know it’s hard ...but can the substitute mail carriers try n be prepared that we are nice humans ...it’s unbelievable that all units have nice people here ....but we love n protect the mail carriers

ZERO STARS. We have not received ANY MAIL for the last 5 business days. One packet was dropped on the porch by the "not regular mail carrier" but no mail of any sort has arrived. So, USPS is either too lazy to deliver; purposefully dumping the mail; stealing the mail; or have completely lost all the mail.

Rave to the best mail delivery person we have had in years in the Crest Avenue neighborhood. Richard seems to genuinely enjoy his job, he gets out of his truck and walks most of the route when possible, even carrying some of the packages along with the regular letters. He isn't on his blue tooth or sitting in his truck for hours reading magazines like most of the others that we have had on the route in the past. Thank you Richard, your diligent work has been noticed.👏

We have the absolute best mail man! He always places our packages out of sight of the street. He is always friendly and has an incredible positive attitude. We love talking to him! A really nice person that does a great job!

The last two times we had a mail hold, we instructed to hold the mail and we will pick it up at the CV Post Office and both times the mailman stuffed all the mail in our mailbox tearing up letters. The last time, before the mailman stuffed it in our mailbox, my wife went to go pick up the mail, and there was no record of the mail hold when we had email proof from USPS.com. Useless archaic service, thank God for Amazon, UPS and FedEx.

I put an outgoing payment on my mailbox on 2/27 - not picked up and no mail received. I put the outgoing payment on my mailbox on 2/28 - not picked up and no mail received again!! I called 800 number online to see what was up - wait time 45 minutes. I called 510 number online - after approximately 10 rings it hung up!!! Some of us depend on the mail for bills and checks. What is going on???????????? I don't expect an answer.

Please tell delivery person not to leave packages too close to the street so that they are visible to a thief. Also, when raining, do not put packages at a location that can get wet.
